[TrumpWarRoom] New audio revealed tonight of the Biden family's business partners discussing how Joe Biden's China pay-to-play scandal would "blow up" if the American people found out.
"If somebody comes out now and verifies the story it blows up big time."
[Berlin Spectator] In Germany, the federal government intends to convince the First Ministers from the federal states to agree to a semi-lockdown of the kind the country went through in spring. But schools and kindergartens are supposed to remain open.
Chancellor Angela Merkel wants a semi-lockdown of the kind her government had imposed on Germany in March and April, during the first big Corona wave. This time, she wants to keep schools and kindergartens open though. According to most German-language media, this measure will take effect on November 4th, 2020, and remain in place for the entire month, if Mrs. Merkel gets her way.

Chancellor Merkel has a PhD in physics, so she understands numerical analyses. Are there infection clusters in Germany as there are in the U.S. and Israel, and how do they differ from the rest of the country?
Didn't seem to come in handy back when the colonist troubles were novel enough to make the news...or she did, and used state resources to suppress any bad stories arising from the colonists.
Besides the US election on the 3rd (har-har), I was thinking that 1 November is All Saints Day, but that is a Sunday, and they don't adjust holidays to the closest working day like they do here, and Monday the 2nd is not a "travel day". They must have had a reason as they love beginning things on the first of the month.

"He said, because of the rapid spread of the Coronavirus it was only a question of time until Germany’s hospitals would be overburdened."
Doesn't mention if hospitalizations are up, just the guess they'll be overburdened. Doesn't the ages of the newly infected. Sloppy journalism most likely but with out this data there is no way of knowing if the decision is necessary precaution to lesson the curve or paranoia based on obsessing over new cases.

[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Police in Florida arrested a 20-year-old man accused of changing Gov. Ron DeSantis's address in the state's voter database, temporarily preventing the governor from casting his vote.
Authorities arrested Anthony Guevara on Tuesday and charged him with property crime and felony voter fraud.
When DeSantis went to vote on Monday, he found that someone changed his address from Tallahassee to West Palm Beach. Secretary of State Laurel Lee said that DeSantis was able to vote as soon as the address was fixed, CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... reported.
After reviewing the voter database logs, Sherlocks used the IP address associated with the information change to determine that the change was made by someone living in Naples, Florida. When authorities went to Guevara's house, he told them that he was able to make the change because the state's voter information lookup page requests a voter's first name, last name, and date of birth to make changes, information Guevara obtained from DeSantis's Wikipedia page. He told police the West Palm Beach address he changed the governor's registration to was the address of a YouTube personality.
Lee told WINK News that Florida's system was "secure" and emphasized what Guevara did was not a breach of the state's voting system.
"Our systems are secure," Lee said. "There has been no breach to the Florida Department of State’s systems. The Florida Department of State wants every voter to have confidence in the integrity of our elections network."

Must be a new meaning to the word secure...
User received No notification that their data changed.
System required no user verification (send email or txt to previously registered contact and user has to reply within time limit) to change.
If the "hacker" had used an open wifi and changed their MAC address then this would never have been found.
Imagine your bank just asked your name when you wanted to make withdrawals and said the money was secure in the bank....

Since the 60's things with these people have increasingly revolved around some sort of stunt or other. Papier mache heads, fake blood, clawing at the SCOTUS doors, and the ever popular screaming at the sky.
That much is known and documented. But what kind of people does it attract once they have so irrevocably turned down that road?
What's tough though, is the the mayor of Chicago did exactly something like this. And that governor of Michigan dressing up like TV star Bruce Jenner. Its embarrassing.
I mean, say what you want about the last 80 years of murderous totalitarians, there is something which gets your attention about turning rocks into rice after all the artists and educators got beheaded. Now we get costume parties, no water for your laundry today, don't go outside in this weather or you'll catch a cold. Ugh.
[NEWSBUSTERS.ORG] Senator Ted Cruz; ...US Senator from Texas. Republican contender for president in 2016, his stiff and abrasive manner earned him the title most hated man in the Senate. After a close win over Beto O'Rourke, who tried to out-Lastino him, he grew a beard and let his biting wit shine through. Cruz's comments have been known to leave life-threatening wounds at better than forty feet... (R-TX) grilled Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on the platform’s decision to block the New York Post’s stories on Hunter Biden, as well as the decision to suspend the Post’s account. Dorsey = a taller Peter Dinklage
Dorsey tried to explain during the hearing that the company had been in error on its quick "enforcement" that blocked the two URLs from being shared over direct messaging or via tweet. However, there's more than one way to skin a cat... he insisted that in order to unlock the Post’s account, they would have to delete their original tweets that violated policy. This was part of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation hearing on Oct. 28.
"You can censor The New York Post, you can censor Politico, you can presumably censor The New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... or any other media outlet, Mr. Dorsey, who the hell elected you?" fired Cruz. He continued, asking why Twitter was "in charge of what the media are allowed to report, what the American people are allowed to hear, and why do you persist on behaving as a Democratic SuperPac silencing views to the contrary?"
The New York Post has been locked out of its account since Oct. 14.
Cruz opened his questioning with the statement that the three tech giants at the hearing posed "the single greatest threat to free speech in America and the greatest threat we have to free and fair elections." But he narrowed his focus to Twitter, asking Dorsey, "does Twitter have the power to influence elections?"
When Dorsey murmured, "No," Cruz followed up, saying, "Why do you block anything?"
The head of Twitter answered that the company sees "a lot of abuse and harassment, which ends up silencing people and sometimes they leave the platform." Cruz fired back that his answers were "absurd on their face."
In questioning the decision to block the Post, Cruz asked why the Post was punished for the Biden stories, but The New York Times had not been punished for sharing President Trump’s tax returns. Dorsey said Twitter had blocked the Post "because it showed the direct materials, screenshots of the direct materials, it was unclear how those were attained."
Cruz retorted, "They weren’t hiding what they claimed to be the source."
Later on, when Cruz asked why Twitter had the power to block media outlets from their accounts or from posting certain stories, Dorsey answered, "Every user agrees to the terms of service."
"So media outlets must genuflect and obey your dictates if they wish to be able to communicate with readers, is that right?" Cruz asked back. Dorsey tried to say that was not the case.

Twitter is a PRIVATE platform operated via the assets of a PRIVATE Enterprise owned by stupid nerds.
They are popular with the political class, right wing and left and observed intensely by the media for announcements and comments by politicians and celebrities.
Trump and the right needs to revert back to websites, there own. These idiot nerds aren't gonna change.

[BIZPACREVIEW] Less than 24 hours after she was confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court, Justice Amy Coney Barrett is already being asked to recuse herself from a case and liberals are calling for her impeachment.
Barrett will begin hearing oral arguments next week after being sworn in at a private ceremony at the Supreme Court Tuesday. But her confirmation late Monday — with not a single Democrat vote — set off apoplectic reactions from the left and calls for packing the high court in Dire Revenge. Critics of President Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... have already begun the impeachment narrative against his Supreme Court pick should she not recuse herself from a Pennsylvania election case.
The Luzerne County Board of Elections filed a recusal motion Tuesday over a Pennsylvania case involving an extension for mail-in ballots.
"The nomination and confirmation of a Supreme Court justice this close to a presidential election is unprecedented," they wrote. "As concerning as that is, what is even more troubling is the language President Trump has used in consideration of this nomination, linking it directly to the electoral season at hand, with implications for his own re-election."
Pennsylvania Republicans have asked the Supreme Court to weigh in on election laws in the swing state, which currently allow mail-in ballots to still be counted in the final tallies up to three days after Election Day. On Friday, Republicans requested the high court rule on a Pennsylvania Supreme Court deadlocked case that mail-in ballots be accepted as long as they arrive by Nov. 6 and were not postmarked after Election Day.

[BREITBART] Peter Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute and senior contributor at Breitbart News, explained how Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... ’s family members — dubbed the Biden Five — monetized political connections and influence in an interview aired on Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow. The Biden Five is composed of Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden; his younger brothers Frank Biden and James Biden, his sister Valerie Biden, and his daughter Ashley Biden.
Marlow highlighted Schweizer’s latest book, Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite, as "the gateway into understanding not just Joe Biden and the Biden family, but also the entire institutional Democratic Party ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... at this moment and their corruption."
Marlow described Schweizer’s investigation of the Biden family as yielding "indisputable evidence that Joe Biden is running a crime-like syndicate where he is, if nothing else, enabling his family members to get rich, without really any noticeable skill, using the American people’s good name."
Schweizer noted the internationalization of the Biden family’s business dealings following Joe Biden becoming vice president.
"There’s no question about it. Joe Biden is the planet around which the moons of his family travel," Schweizer said, "and the gravitational pull is Joe Biden’s power and his position, and the family has enriched themselves based on the positions he has."
Schweizer continued, "Before Joe Biden is vice president of the United States, they’re really not doing many international deals, but once Joe Biden becomes vice president of the United States, suddenly, they’ve got foreign governments and foreign entities falling over themselves to cut them in on deals that they have no background or no expertise in. There’s a direct link between the corrupt acts of the family and the policy positions and power that Joe Biden has."

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
