[NYPOST] Surveillance footage capturing the outside of Jeffrey Want to Meet Some Celebrities, Little Girl? Epstein ...A high class pimp financier who was alleged to maintain a stable of underage whoressex slaves who were paid big bucks to entertain the rich and/or famous. He is a registered sex offender and made att least 17 out-of-court settlements with former members of his stable, with some cases still ongoing. 2011 court docs reveal that 21 email addresses and phone numbers for Bill Clinton and an aide were found in Epstein's electronic black book, and that Clinton frequently flew with Epstein on his private plane between 2002 to 2005. But really, they were probably just discussing finance or politix or something. While getting massaged. Then things got serious, Jeff was tossed in the slammer in New York and then he killed himself. Really. That's what happened... ’s cell during his first suicide attempt in July is gone forever, prosecutors confirmed Thursday in a bombshell court filing.
The revelation comes after Assistant US Attorney Jason Swergold told White Plains federal Judge Kenneth Karas in December that the footage was missing ‐ and then backtracked the next day, claiming it had been preserved.
In a Thursday filing, Swergold admitted that the Metropolitan Correctional Center had preserved footage amid the investigation ‐ only it was the wrong cell in the Lower Manhattan jail.
"The Government has learned that the MCC inadvertently preserved video from the wrong tier within the MCC, and, as a result, video from outside the defendant’s cell on July 22 ‐ 23, 2019 (i.e. the requested video) no longer exists," the letter reads.
A lawyer for Epstein’s one-time cellmate, Nicholas Tartaglione, has been seeking the footage in order to prove that his client ‐ a former cop who is awaiting trial for a quadruple homicide ‐ is not responsible for the neck injuries Epstein sustained while they shared a cell weeks before the suicide.

BREAKING: @SpeakerPelosi says in letter to House Dems that a resolution to transmit impeachment articles to Senate and appoint managers will be brought to House floor next week
#3
I could be wrong, but I thought the House does the investigations and provides enough evidence that the Senate can see that there is enough for a proper trial, yet the Dems didn't produce squat and expect the Senate to do all the investigations. Do the Dems really believe they have something that I don't see or are they just playing it up for the rubes and groupies in their fanbase.

This statement is double speak. She did not say she was sending it. She said she will put up a resolution to send it next week. This put everyone is an interesting position, kinda brilliant. I wonder who figure this out? First, if the republican congress critters vote yes, they will be seen as supporting impeachment, at least in the ads for their reelection, bad optics. They will all vote no. The resolution will not be to end this, it will be to table this until a later date, if more evidence shows up.... The Dems can vote either way, if they vote no, they will run saying it was bipartisan, If they vote yes and the Republicans vote to get it to the Senate to end it, they will say the impeachment was bipartisan. Either way she can spin this to her benefit. But to be sure, she never said she was going to send it to the Senate. This is still weeks away, if they vote for it, they will go through the process of of appointing managers, more theatrics that will take a couple months.

It's not up to the Senate to subpoena witnesses that House Democrats couldn't be bothered enough to pursue for themselves. Read the articles and call for a vote to dismiss or acquit or whatever. Then throw those bogus articles in the trash. Let Pelosi and Schumer spin it any way they want. Leave it to Barr and Durham to investigate Biden.

Re#5, The Republicans should all vote "Present" and kick the ball back to Pelosi.
Somebody's getting a little too big for her britches. L' État, c'est moi!
[FoxNews] Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has already topped the fundraising charts in her short time in Congress, but the liberal darling won’t donate a cent of her millions to Democrats' House campaign organization -- a position that has rankled some of her colleagues, Fox News has learned.
Instead, Ocasio-Cortez is building her own fundraising operation for fellow progressive candidates to bypass the official Democratic Party infrastructure. Already, she's actively funding primary challengers to oust certain Democratic colleagues.
"Sometimes the question comes: 'Do you want to be in a majority or do you want to be in the minority?'" Rep. Gregory Meeks, D-N.Y., told Fox News, when asked about AOC's stance. "And do you want to be part of a team?"
Another source was less diplomatic: "Deadbeat Cortez should pay her bills," complained a House Democratic aide. "She's always whining about people paying their fair share and here she is leaving her friends with the bill." More Dem infighting at link

Bolsheviks had that same debate with Mensheviks back in 1917. You don't hear much about the Mensheviks anymore.

'Do you want to be in a majority or do you want to be in the minority?'
Ha ha... The irony's delicious.
This guy apparently knows his Revolutionary Russian history: the self-labeled Bolsheviks ("majority-ites") were actually a tiny faction, and the Mensheviks ("minority-ites") the main, dominant party organization.
I suppose the Moscow and Letrograd Soviet equivalent would be... all these shitty little city DAs like Foxx in Chicago and corrupt mayors like DeBlasio??

This is all to plan. She was hired by an political action group to run for office. As were a few others. This action group is not the DNC or DNC dues payers. What this little group of hers is doing is firing up another party based on socialist ideals. She duped the dems into believing she was a dem. Last week she said Biden and her should be in different parties, trial balloon. She may be a dumbass, but her handlers are not.

^ Fine with me. Split the Dems into two, roughly equivalent (in size) parties: the new "Progressives" and the old Global Grifter Dems (GGD).
The GGD can absorb Flake, Delecto, and the Weakly Standard crowd. Maybe they'll get 30% if the national vote, and the Progs will get ~20%.
That leaves 50% for the new Trump-Pompeo National Party. Or "Citizens Party," if you prefer.
[The Federalist] The House passed a non-binding War Powers resolution on Thursday to rebuke the president for his decision to take out Iranian Gen. Qasem Soleimani.
"We deserve the respect from the administration and that Congress deserves under the Constitution," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said from the House floor. "The Constitution of the United States calls that there be cooperation when initiating hostilities."
After an American defense contractor was killed by an Iranian-backed militia and our embassy in Iraq was attacked on New Year's Eve, Trump retaliated by taking out the Iranian terrorist who had coordinated the strikes, had the blood of more than 600 Americans on his hands and who was actively plotting to kill many more. Following the successful U.S. strike against Qasem Soleimani, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is suddenly waling about Congress' war powers and criticizing the president for failing to consult Congress before killing the known terrorist.
"The administration took this action without the consultation of Congress and without respect for Congress’ war powers granted to it by the Constitution," Pelosi said about the U.S. strike that killed Qasem Soleimani.
But back when President Obama decided to bomb Libya in 2011, in response to zero Americans being killed, Pelosi defended Obama's decision at the time by saying the president did not need congressional authorization to launch such attacks nor to keep U.S. forces in Libya.

Well there is that whole entire senatorial precedent with Gary Hart's office phone...in the middle of the night...to Grenada...after the classified briefing...even with the precaution that the Rangers were already in the air...and that quad 12.7 that had been emplaced over the Grenadan airport for the preceding 18 months was mysteriously moved in the middle of the night.
[Breitbart] Carlson explained that this spending gets results.
"In September of 2018, the Competitive Enterprise Institute and three other groups funded by Google and the Kochs sent a joint letter to the Attorney General at the time, Jeff Sessions, expressing grave concerns over the DoJ’s plans to look into whether search engines and social media were hurting competition and stifling speech."
Carlson also called out The Heritage Foundation, arguing that its shilling for big tech meant that it "no longer represents the interest of conservatives, at least on the question of tech."
"A recent paper by Heritage, entitled ’Free Enterprise Is the Best Remedy For Online Bias Concerns,’ defends the special privileges that Congress has given to left-wing Silicon Valley monopolies. And if conservatives don’t like it, Heritage says, well they can just start their own Google!" Conservatism Inc. is a scam.Make your dispositions accordingly.

Yeah, these big 'conservative' orgs all serve power. In DC, they all fundamentally agree with each other that their interests should be served and ours harmed. Not much difference.

F--- off, bumboy.
Yes, Suleimani's reign of interstate terror was "unwanted" by civilized people, and any normal civilized state would consider it "unnecessary" for doing what normal, civilized governments do, namely, promote life, peace and prosperity instead of ruin, mayhem and death.

@Bright Pepples, no he was among the last generation of PhD's before she replaced them all with MBA's. I fell in the middle with a BS CompSci and an MBA.

He did QA stats on their production of 'superdome' computers, in Roseville, CA. I have no idea if those exist any longer. It was 15 years ago. I was just his data monkey and web developer.

I've been an HP fan all of my life, until now. I had two HP printers before this third one - an HP LaserJet M401n. It sucks big hairy donkey balls, and it will be the last HP printer I'll ever buy, and once I'm done with it, I'd like to take it and drop it from the 32nd floor of a building so I can see it hit the ground at the same speed that Hans Gruber did.

It looks like Mayor Buttigieg served honourably and intelligently, European Conservative. From his Wikipedia page:
From 2009 to 2017, he served as a naval intelligence officer in the United States Navy Reserve, attaining the rank of lieutenant. In 2014, he was deployed to Afghanistan for seven months and was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal.[5]
...
Buttigieg joined the U.S. Navy Reserve through the direct commission officer (DCO) program and was sworn in as an ensign in naval intelligence in September 2009.[47] In 2014, he took a seven-month leave during his mayoral term to deploy to Afghanistan.[48][49][50] While there, Buttigieg was part of a unit assigned to identify and disrupt terrorist finance networks. Part of this was done at Bagram Air Base, but he also worked as an armed driver for his commander on more than 100 trips into Kabul. Buttigieg has jokingly referred to this role as "military Uber", because he had to watch out for ambushes and explosive devices along the roads and ensure that the vehicle was guarded.[51] In order to better communicate with the local Afghans, he learned some Dari (a dialect of the Persian language). Buttigieg was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal[5] and the Joint Meritorious Unit Award[citation needed] and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2017.[52][53]
