[Strategic Culture Foundation] Former US President Barack Obama is now in severe legal jeopardy, because the Russiagate investigation has turned 180 degrees; and he, instead of the current President, Donald Trump, is in its cross-hairs.
*Snicker* Hoist by his own petard — for the first time in his life he is getting to enjoy the distinct non-pleasure of the natural consequences of his actions.
The biggest crime that a US President can commit is to try to defeat American democracy (the Constitutional functioning of the US Government) itself, either by working with foreign powers to take it over, or else by working internally within America to sabotage democracy for his or her own personal reasons. Either way, it’s treason (crime that is intended to, and does, endanger the continued functioning of the Constitution itself*), and Mr. Obama is now being actively investigated, as possibly having done this. The Russiagate investigation, which had formerly focused against the current US President, has reversed direction and now targets the prior President. Although he, of course, cannot be removed from office (since he is no longer in office), he is liable under criminal laws, the same as any other American would be, if he committed any crime while he was in office.
A December 17th order by the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) Court severely condemned the performance by the FBI under Obama, for having obtained, on 19 October 2016 (even prior to the US Presidential election), from that Court, under false pretenses, an authorization for the FBI to commence investigating Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign, as being possibly in collusion with Russia’s Government. The Court’s ruling said:
So, the guys that were naive and demonstrated barely cognitive critical behavior in 2016, issuing warrants at the FBI's whim, are now to be considered threatful to the Obama dynasty?
[Breitbart] On Sunday broadcast of MSNBC’s "Weekends," New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio commented on five people being stabbed in an attack at a synagogue in New York’s Rockland County.
De Blasio said, "For the last three years in this country the forces of hate have been unleashed, and we see more and more violence associated with those hateful impulses. Some of it organized and premeditated. The uptick in hate crimes in this city has led the NYPD to recognize we’ve got to get under the skin of these trends and see if they can disrupt them."
He continued, "We’ve also known for years that there are white supremacists forces that are organizing to do violence. We know about the militias in some parts of the country. They’ve targeted law enforcement. These right-wing militias have targeted law enforcement for years in this country. Unfortunately, that trend is growing, that form of extremism. We’ve got to be able to track it and disrupt it in a way that, honestly, we didn’t face before in the city, nor much of the country. But let’s be honest, the last three years everything has changed. Once hate gets normalized, it spreads like wildfire, and it takes a more violent form, and we’ve got to stop it now before we end up making the wrong kind of history."
He added, "It’s not a time for a partisan discussion, but it is a time to say some of the most hateful speech is emanating from Washington, D.C. What we need our president to do is be a unifier, a calming positive voice, reminding us of what we have in common as Americans. That’s what presidents have done for generations. We’ve missed that. And the hateful speech even if it’s not inciting specific violence, let’s face it, we have seen these violent forces emboldened. We saw it in Charlottesville. We’ve seen it all over the country. And we’ve got to be honest about it without falling into a partisan battle to say something is different in recent years. I’ll be the first to say there were other problems before that. There were campus shootings and other horrible things, but the connection to racial and ethnic motivation, that has been growing in the last few years, and that’s what we’ve got to stop."

You lying POS. This problem in your town has existed as long as you and we have been alive. It's overwhelmingly a problem of african-american New Yorkers' hatred of their jewish neighbors.
Your continued denial of what is staring you in the face will lead to more slaughter and more pogroms in New York. By your stupidity, lies and omissions, you're abetting murder.
[BREITBART] On Sunday’s broadcast of ABC’s "This Week," Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) argued if the Senate impeachment trial did not have witness and documents, it would be "rigged."
He argued he believed it would not be an exoneration for President Donald Trump ...the Nailer of NAFTA... if that is the case.
Van Hollen said, "We’re focusing on the importance of a fair trial, and all Americans, I think, understand that a fair trial means you get to call your witnesses. Senator Murkowski put her finger on the big issue; is Senator McConnell going to try to rig this trial right from the start working in lockstep with the president and his lawyers or is he going to allow a fair trial which your own ABC poll showed 70% of Americans say that requires witnesses and documents. That’s why we’re having the conversation that we’re having over these weeks. We keep hearing President Trump says he’s going to be exonerated. Look if you have a rigged trial, there’s no exoneration in acquittal from a farce."

Ironic, that a Democrat is calling a Senate trial 'rigged' that hasn't yet begun and conveniently ignores that nearly every aspect of his own party's House trial ignored long-held Constitutional concepts and precedence and even went so far as to rewrite House rules while this trial was in session to both favor Democrats and exclude Republicans as much as possible. He's as big an asshole as that robot Murkowski who's dancing the same flippin' tune. Nauseating shit.

I can't help but wonder if some of these folks are hoping the GOP will shred the corrupt out of the Democrats on their behalf. A trail will expose Biden and probably Clinton and Obama and they have to know that but can play innocent before the voters and blame the GOP after the work is done.
[PJMEDIA] In an interview on Friday, Mayor Pete Buttigieg ...the testicleless mayor of South Bend, Indiana, since 2012. Buttigieg graduated from Harvard College and, on a Rhodes Scholarship, from Pembroke College, Oxford. From 2007 to 2010, he worked at McKinsey and Company, a consulting firm. From 2009 to 2017 Buttigieg served as an intelligence officer in the United States Navy Reserve, attaining the rank of lieutenant and deploying to Afghanistan in 2014. Buttigieg was first elected mayor of South Bend in 2011 and was reelected in 2015. During his second term, he announced he was gay. Buttigieg also campaigned for Indiana state treasurer in 2010 and for chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2017, losing both elections. He is running for the Dem nomination in 2020 on the theory that being mayor of a nondescript medium sized city is qualification to run the country... (D-Church of Social Justice) clarified his drug policy, calling for decriminalization of all drugs including methamphetamine, cocaine, and ecstasy.
"Incarceration should not even be a response to drug possession," Buttigieg told editors at the Des Moines Register.
An editor pressed him, "Is that across the board? So if it’s meth or coke or ecstasy, any drugs, if it’s possession, incarceration isn’t..."
"That’s right," Mayor Pete said.
"I would not have said even five years ago what I believe now, which is that incarceration should not even be a response to drug possession," the candidate added. "What I’ve seen is that while there continue to be all kinds of harms associated with drug possession and use, it’s also the case that we have created‐in an effort to deal with what amounts to a public health problem‐we have created an even bigger problem. A justice problem and its form of a health problem."

Is mayor pete a codeword for some kind of illicit drug?
#4
They control California and this is what you see in the streets of Democratic areas. Sounds like he is getting support from the cartels now.
Meth can increase the body’s temperature and heart rate, making a user sweat profusely, even with little activity. Signs of Use. Rapid rotting and loss of teeth. Methamphetamine creates the “perfect storm” for decaying teeth due to dry mouth, poor diet, lack of oral hygiene, teeth grinding, and the acidity of the drug.
Cocaine Regular, heavy use can have extremely negative consequences, from nosebleeds to permanent lung damage and even death.

Don't forget heart damage - arrhythmia and that sort of thing. I can attest to that personally.
That policy position right there should disqualify him as a serious candidate. If you want to see what a fucking hellscape of thrown away lives, I'll take you through Manchester, NH sometime. The center / downtown area of my hometown has been destroyed by hundreds, maybe even a few thousand, of drug zombies and people who will never work again. We do NOT need to encourage this shit, and this asshole is dead fucking WRONG on this one.

I have an old San Francisco tome, first written in 1973, that goes into all the highs then admitted to be explored. The last edit was 1990. It seems he is just dipping into it. Most of the highs are about 1 page of detail and document goes on for near 1000 pages. Perhaps he needs a copy to start real experimental escapism and advocacy?

Pete is not the kind of guy who has to worry what effect his policies will have on children who are not yet mature enough to resist the pressure they will get to take these drugs. We know that most nicotine addicts started using when they were in their early to mid teens. If a kid grows to a certain age without trying it, odds are they never will. But when meth, coke, ecstasy and opiods are legal then kids will be exposed to them. They'll be dropping dead in the classrooms and playgrounds.
What, me worry?

Through the smoke they could hardly be seen
But the amps were cranked up to thirteen
As a red-eyed McCoy
Rocked by petrified joy
Chanted tearfully cheerfully, "Long live Big Green!"
Mark these words 'ere me boy,
lest the entity that is McCoy
on mention of these words;
be summoned from abaft its couch.
Thou wouldst not; but it's spooky,
and amunch on its cookie,
t'wud sense the need for a grouch.

Announcing you will legalize meth is foolish as Meth users are unlikely to vote and anyone who has family members, or has been victimized by, or watched Breaking Bad knows Meth is a nightmare.

We should create toddler cities in which folks voluntarily check in, have a roof over their head, 3 meals a day, decent housing, and even the drugs of their choice in exchange for their right to vote (if you check out you lose the right to vote at the next big election to avoid check-in/check-outs to abuse the system). The drugs of their choice will ensure the numbers don't get out of hand.

You may talk o weed an' coke,
When you're typin' safe in smoke,
An' you're sent to penny-fights an' Hooversnort it;
But if it comes to ranting
You will do your work a-panting
An' you'll lick the bloomin' boots of 'im that teleports it.
Now in Rantburg's pixeled clime,
Where I used to spend my time
A-servin' of 'Is Majesty the Fred,
Of all them virchul crew
The finest man I knew
Was our regimental bhisti, 'Erb The Coy.
It was "Coy! Coy! Coy!
You limping lump o' brick-dust, 'Erb The Coy!
Hi! slippy hitherao!
Screeds, get 'em! Panee lao!
You squidgy-nosed old idol, 'Erb The Coy!"

My kid still has to fill out his draft card. Why haven't we ended that nonsense yet. Might be a decent vote getter for young men who otherwise forget to show up on election day.

...see, Title X USC, subparagraph Militia.
Whether an American male likes it or not, on becoming 17, they're part of the unorganized federal militia by powers granted to the Legislative branch in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution - ".provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States,.."

Example of the type of information that would excite Mayor Pete from his support of this stuff. Look at it as major HEAD lore library material.
the Effects of Psilocybe Cyanescens
Not only is Psilocybe cyanescens more potent it has different effects from that of Psilocybe cubensis. It comes on quicker, in 5 to 15 minutes when chewed in the mouth, instead of the 15-30 minutes required for Psilocybe cubensis. It also peaks quicker, in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, instead of 2 to 2 1/2 hours for Psilocybe cubensis. Its also somewhat sedating (perhaps do to the 4-OH-T content), while Psilocybe cubensis is very stimulating. Its also less exciting, less euphoric, but more relaxing and peaceful. Its also much more visual and more "psychedelic" or mind-altering and much more dreamlike. Repeated use during a day can make you very drowsy and can make it very easy for you to fall asleep, while repeated use of Psilocybe cubensis will make you very alert and cause difficulty in falling asleep. Clearly, the relaxing quality of Psilocybe cyanescens is its hallmark, making it a nice alternative to the stimulating amphetamine-like psychedelics such as LSD, peyote, exstacy, and Psilocybe cubensis (which is the least stimulating of the bunch). Some people dislike stimulants very much, for them Psilocybe cyanescens is the choice to make when deciding on which one to use. Other people dislike sedatives and would therefor not much enjoy the effects of Psilocybe cyanescens.
Although Psilocybe cyanescens is mellow its not as "friendly" as Psilocybe cubensis. It tends to be weirder and more "trippy", "emotional" and "empathogenic". Psilocybe cubensis almost always makes you feel euphoric, which causes the "trip" to be very positive. Its very hard to become depressed while "high" on Psilocybe cubensis because of its euphoric qualities. While "high" on Psilocybe cyanescens you don't have that nice euphoria to keep you in a good mood during the trip. Its not a "feel good" mushroom, while Psilocybe cubensis is. Small doses of Psilocybe cubensis are very euphoric without any hallucinogenic effects; while small doses of Psilocybe cyanescens have only hallucinogenic effects, and no noticeable sedation.
Note: The effects of most dreamogenic mushrooms are much better when the blue diquinone content is destroyed.
[Culttture.com] One America News (OAN) is in court against MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow in a $10 million lawsuit after Maddow said her conservative competitor "really, literally is paid Russian propaganda."
Now, Maddow is arguing in court that her words should not be taken as fact.
Her actual legal defense, put out in a motion by her lawyer Theodore Boutrous Jr., reads: "...the liberal host was clearly offering up her ’own unique expression’ of her views to capture what she saw as the ’ridiculous’ nature of the undisputed facts. Her comment, therefore, is a quintessential statement ’of rhetorical hyperbole, incapable of being proved true or false.’"
During one of her MSNBC segments, Maddow claimed, "In this case, the most obsequiously pro-Trump right wing news outlet in America is really literally is paid Russian propaganda," and added, "Their on-air politics reporter (Kristian Rouz) is paid by the Russian government to produce propaganda for that government."
Leaving aside that Maddow now says her words should not be believed as fact, a linguistics professor’s testimony is leading observers to believe Maddow is also now lying in court.
UC Santa Barbara linguistics professor Stefan Thomas Gries said, "it is very unlikely that an average or reasonable/ordinary viewer would consider the sentence in question to be a statement of opinion."
Gries added that, "I am the second most widely-cited cognitive linguist and sixth most widely-cited living corpus linguist. The field of cognitive linguistics draws from both linguistics and psychology and studies how language interacts with cognition."
After analyzing Maddow’s segment and identifying and analyzing linguistic markers including words, tone, and cadence used by Maddow, Gries found "Maddow did not use any typical opinion-markers when she stated that OAN ’really literally is paid Russian propaganda.’"
OAN host Jack Posobiec tweeted at Maddow after she made her defamatory remarks, writing "Do you understand how defamation laws work? Please feel free to respond to our lawyers."
OAN's lawsuit also named MSNBC, Comcast, and NBC Universal Media as defendants, and accuses Comcast, MSNBC's parent company, of "anti-competitive censorship" because the network refuses to carry OAN as part of its cable package.

MSNBC should lose twice that amount, plus legal fees. Maddow was perfectly fine portraying her broadcast as serious, hard-hitting fact-based journalism, well, at least until the first lawsuit was filed.
That said, she'll be okay as long as the presiding judge was appointed by Obama.
#3
Some liberal friends watch MSNBC to get their news. They take it as gospel. The fact that Rachel Madcow's words should not be taken as fact according to her attorney will not make a dent on them as they are Dem Kool Ade drinkers.
I know people like that also. They go to bars and restaurants and loudly spit out the stuff they heard the previous few nights on MSNBC, typically supplemented by chain emails they got from the leftist agiprop pipeline.
also, re Kool Aid, the followers of Jim Jones ingested poison mixed with Flavor-Aid, not Kool Aid.

Depends on what the meaning of really really is.
And what literally literally means.
#6
A reasonable English-speaking person listening to this person's words, intonation and context would conclude that she is either:
a practiced liar, knowingly spreading false accusations of treason every night in order to attract millions of moonbeams and earn for her tens of millions of dollars each year from her employer Comcast;
or
a mentally and emotionally disturbed individual whose hallucinatory rants just so happen to attract millions of moonbeams and earn for her tens of millions of dollars each year from her employer Comcast.
#7
I don't know any normal, sentient person who peppers his/her assertions with "really, literally."
But if I did meet such a person, I would conclude that the use of this redundant, intensive modifier is designed to underscore the speaker's belief that he or she is asserting an indisputable, material fact by using this extremely rare linguistic construction.
If this lying, scheming, greedy, utterly despicable individual isn't nailed for slander in this case, then our defamation laws are useless.
