[Daily Caller] Education experts decried a new memo from the Departments of Justice and Education that instructs public schools throughout the country to cease punishing disruptive students if they fall into certain racial categories, such as black or Hispanic.
The letter, released on Wednesday, states that it is a violation of federal law for schools to punish certain races more than others, even if those punishments stem from completely neutral rules. The educational experts basically told Holder to FOAD in a nice way. Next, there will be a call for parity in prison populations by the DOJ. Certain groups in our society can't be in prison more than their percentage of the population. Complete nonsense coming from D.C.

You have to understand that to Holder, Obumbles, Racist Jesse Jackson and Racist Al Sharpton it's all about RACE - there is no other possible explanation.
The fact that blacks are punished more than their portion of the population couldn't possibly be related to the gangta culture or single parent families or how hollywood glorifies the 'Gangsta' and the 'Ho'.
Oh No! It has to be because of their race - the color of their skin. It couldn't possibly be due to anything else.
Primary example is their embrace of the Gangsta-loving Thug-wannabe Trayvon. He couldn't possible have been shot in self defense by the man he was trying pretty fu*king hard to kill by bashing his head into the concrete. Oh no it must have been because he was black. Never mind all the evidence that Zimmerman wasn't white and wasn't a racist, and even went out of his way to help people. It must have been because of Trayvon's skin color - it couldn't possibly be anything else. Because for Holder, Obama, and the Racist Twins everything is about race.

Not a chance the Clinton machine will allow it. Even if the republicans agreed, the Clintons and their followers in DC would kill it. I can see call of fraud and social problems if a republican looks to win the elections. And that where I think Obama will disregard the constitution and declare the election void until his investigation is complete. Six men were found slaughtered at a remote shrine in Gulshan-e-Maymar, located in Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... 's outskirts, on Tuesday. Along with ending the men's lives in a grisly manner, the perpetrators of the barbaric act also damaged the shrine. Reports say a note found at the scene, reportedly signed off by the TTP, warned that anyone else visiting the shrine would meet a similar fate. Religious snuffies are known to bear extreme malice towards all sorts of religious expression that does not fit within their narrow definition of what is Islamic. They have been known to mete out similar 'punishments' to unfortunate souls in many parts, while they are notorious for their iconoclasm: the fanatics have attacked many a Sufi shrine in the country. Karachi itself witnessed an attack believed to be orchestrated by snuffies on its most prominent dargah -- that of Abdullah Shah Ghazi in 2010. However, if you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning... all things considered, the killings in Gulshan-e-Maymar require further investigation to prove whether the TTP was really involved in the outrageous act, or if other criminals used the snuffies as a cover to settle their own scores.
This is not the first time individuals have been slain in such a brutal manner in Karachi. In November last year, a suspected faith healer was decapitated and his head hung from a city bridge. Investigations into that case have also proved inconclusive. If krazed killer elements are indeed found to be involved in such acts -- only thorough investigations can establish the facts -- the state must prepare itself to confront a ferocious new player in Karachi's deadly vortex of violence. For many years now, there has been talk of creeping Talibanisation in the city, particularly on its outer rim. Police have come under attack, as have polio ...Poliomyelitis is a disease caused by infection with the poliovirus. Between 1840 and the 1950s, polio was a worldwide epidemic. Since the development of polio vaccines the disease has been largely wiped out in the civilized world. However, since the vaccine is known to make Moslem pee-pees shrink and renders females sterile, bookish, and unsubmissive it is not widely used by the turban and automatic weapons set... workers and political activists, in areas where the TTP is said to have influence, while 'Sharia courts' are also known to be operating in some neighbourhoods. Karachi has enough violent elements as it is. If the authorities fail to identify and neutralise an emerging Taliban threat, ghastly incidents such as the one witnessed at the shrine may just be the beginning as the bully boyz expand their targets in the city.

Let's look at the actual papal exhortation, and the scholarly the sources cited in that document.
In this, Pope Francis never mentioned or referenced any 'liberation theologians' or ''new theologians'. Analysis of the list of over 200 references to sources is revealing. The most frequently cited source was John Paul II, followed by Benedict XVI. They were particularly cited to supported his comments on socio-economic issues. The third most frequently cited sources was Paul VI, who among other things re-affirmed the Church's teaching on sexual matters, including contraception. The most frequently cited theologian was St Thomas Aquinas, who belongs to the 13th Century,. Notably, Thomism is a favored philosophy by orthodox and conservative Catholics (c.f the writings of Chesterson). Apart from a few early Church Fathers, the only other theologians cited are DeLubac and Guardini, both of whom can be regarded as 'conservative' or orthodox. If anyone thinks there is any discontinuity between Francis and his conservative immediate predecessors, he is deluding himself, and to do so publicly is to deliberately mislead the public in a fundamentally dishonest way.
But alas, eating ones shipmates and watching ones extremities drop off one by one is not a part of todays high-end eco-doom tourism. Instead, the ice-locked warmists uploaded chipper selfies to YouTube, as well as a self-composed New Year singalong of such hearty un-self-awareness that it enraged even such party-line climate alarmists as Andrew Revkin, the plonkingly earnest enviro-blogger of the New York Times.
