LONDON (Reuters) - British police said Friday they were hunting a man who stole a urinal from a pub toilet.
The suspect walked into the Royal Oak pub in Southampton, on the English south coast, ordered half a pint of beer and then made several visits to the men's toilet. The half-pint should have been the first tip-off that this clown was up to 'no good'.
There he carefully removed a white urinal from the wall, stuffed it into a rucksack and was captured on closed circuit television walking out with the bulging sack on his back. "He made a very, very expert job of dismantling it from the wall and turning the water off. A very professional job," landlord Alan Dreja said in a video posted on the Southampton Daily Echo newspaper's Web site.
A police spokesman said the thief may have been a tradesman. "One of the theories is the guy is some sort of cut-price plumber who is going round and stealing parts to order," he said. "Hi, Mr. Plumber? Why are there crusty pubes on my new toilet?"

No, no, no. His motive is to shut the pub. No pub serving up those pints can remain open more than 30 minutes without a "recycling" basin. ( Hell no, you can't use the sink)

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, N.J. - A mysterious rocklike object that crashed through the roof of a home and landed in the bathroom was a meteorite, experts said Friday. For now, scientists are calling the dense metallic object "Freehold Township" after the place where it fell. It's about the size of a golf ball but weighs about 13 ounces, as much of a can of soup. Magnets held near it are attracted to it.
Rutgers University geologists Jeremy Delaney, Gail Ashley and Claire Condie and Peter Elliott, an independent metallurgist who studied the object, determined it was an iron meteorite because of its density, magnetic properties, markings and coloration.
It belongs to the family whose home was hit, but it is being kept for now in a secure location, according to Freehold Township police. Police have not released the name of the homeowner nor identified the neighborhood where the home is located, but have said the object bounced off bathroom tiles and embedded in a wall.

A giant wild hog boasted to be bigger than the near-mythical Hogzilla caught in southern Georgia a few years ago has been killed in a suburban Atlanta neighborhood.
The hog hung snout down from a tree Friday in William Courseys front yard, not far from where the avid hunter said he shot the beast. He said he hauled it to a truck weight station, which recorded the hairy hog at 1,100 pounds.
The Department of Natural Resources did not know whether the hog was a record for the state. We dont keep records on hogs, said Melissa Cummings of the DNRs public affairs department.
But Coursey believes his behemoth surpasses the famed super swine shot and killed in 2004 that weighed in at half a ton on the farms scales. A team of National Geographic experts later confirmed Hogzilla didnt quite live up to the 1,000-pound, 12-foot hype, saying the beast was probably 7 to 8 feet long, and weighed about 800 pounds.
