“The reality is African-American people must find a way to unify with these young guys out here,” Hardiman added. “Black men have got to step up and become more prominent in their communities to stop these young guys from killing each other......"

Black on black = who's strapped and gets the drop. Go up against whitey and you get a spectrum from the "activist" in Brooklyn last week to Bernie Goetz to Kyle Rittenhouse to Rambo.
The white end of the spectrum actually has more hues.

Says Science (and racist far-right),
All colors, united, make white,
So why back light's lack
For an uppercase "Black?"
Why insist that it's brighter at night?

My bet is that 50% of the white deaths are homeless folks. A lower but significant number of blacks as well. You could reclassify all the fentanyl ODs as having been killed by Biden.

[FoxNews] A Colorado investigator testified Wednesday that the teenagers accused of killing a 20-year-old woman after throwing a landscaping rock through her car windshield had been throwing rocks at moving vehicles for about two months before their actions allegedly resulted in a fatality.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) in April arrested three then-18-year-old suspects — Joseph Koenig, Nicholas "Mitch" Karol-Chik and Zachary Kwak, of Arvada — in connection with the homicide of Alexa Bartell, who died after a large rock flew through her windshield and hit her in the head on April 19. A judge ruled after a preliminary hearing Wednesday that the three teens will face trial.
The lead investigator assigned to the case testified during the preliminary hearing that Karol-Chik told him he and his friends had thrown rocks at cars approximately 10 times between February and April.
Prior to Bartell's death, Koenig and Karol-Chik allegedly threw a landscaping "statue head" at a vehicle carrying a couple and their children earlier in April, the investigator testified.
The suspected admitted to "throwing rocks not just at targets but at people driving," the investigator said.
Small boulders, not pebbles.
Between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m. on April 19 and April 20, the suspects allegedly threw rocks at six different cars, injuring multiple drivers and killing Bartell. Earlier on April 19, they made plans to meet up and drove to Walmart together, where they picked up landscaping rocks from the edge of the store's parking lot and loaded the rocks into Koenig's pickup, according to an arrest affidavit previously obtained by Fox News Digital.
[FoxNews] CSX train employees found metal materials jammed into the tracks and rail switches of an Ohio train line for months after a near-catastrophic derailment in August, according to court documents.
During a test run for a CSX employee appreciation day, a train hit an obstruction on the track and temporarily derailed before the wheels dropped back into place.
The seemingly mysterious accident quickly became a concerning issue when employees continued to find more "purposefully placed" materials along the tracks, which matched methods taught by international terrorist groups to make homemade derail devices, court documents say.
The investigation led to Cleveland man Joseph Findley, 43, who was arrested and charged with terrorist attacks against railroad carriers.
Findley lives with his parents, who could not be reached by Fox News Digital. His mother told Fox 8, though, that her son is not a terrorist.
"He's never been a bad kid, never, he was always good. He’s no terrorist, somebody’s making that up," his mom told the local news outlet, which asked what would explain his alleged actions.
"Being depressed, because he lost his job, he lost his girlfriend, but he never did anything like that," she said. "They’re nuts, he’s not a terrorist. I think they all exaggerated it because he never did anything bad."
The Amtrak train along that line typically carries between 180 and 200 passengers twice per day, according to court documents.
Details about how he was caught at the link. He definitely needs to be punished, but terrorism is not the right label, in my opinion.
the suspect, Sabir Jones
"He is known to the department"
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] The police are searching for the suspect, described as a man in his 30s, six feet tall, last seen wearing a white grey shirt and grey sweatpants. The suspect is said to have a criminal history. He was heard mumbling to himself when he randomly pushed the victim to the subway tracks.

No idea — the Daily Mail actually didn’t have a photo of him when I looked earlier, Grom. But perhaps a search of the name on the internet will reveal one since.

So we see who he is and what he looks like.
Which is unusual for the media to show, given they displayed a person of color and acknowledged he attempted to murder a woman.
But did the media also do a 180 of the old Race avoidance narrative, by not showing a pic of the Victim?
[NYPOST] Joran van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the mysterious disappearance of Natalee Holloway, has admitted he bludgeoned the Alabama teen to death in 2005 and buried her remains.
Van der Sloot made the shocking admission Wednesday in an Alabama courtroom with Holloway’s parents present, TMZ reported.
"You changed the course of our lives and you turned them upside down," her mother, Beth Holloway, said in court, standing a few feet from van der Sloot. "You are a killer."
Van der Sloot, 36, a Dutch citizen, has not been charged in Holloway’s death but was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison for extortion and wire fraud after asking her family for $250,000 to reveal the location of her body.
The new sentence is to run concurrently with a 28-year sentence he is serving in Peru in the 2010 slaying of Stephany Flores.
Judge Anna Manasco said she considered van der Sloot’s confession to Holloway’s murder and the destruction of her remains as part of the sentencing decision.
From blockading roads, disrupting events and using extreme language to scare young people, climate change warriors across the globe are on a mission to force their message down the throats of everyone by any means necessary, and they won’t be stopped.
Sky News Australia All Stars Rita Panahi, Piers Morgan and Chris Kenny expose the worrying epidemic of increasingly ‘mentally unstable’ climate activists.
The same shallow end of the gene pool that Antifa, etc. draw from, so of course they are. Nice that Sky News-Australia has noticed, though.

Finder said 40 percent of Gen Z said they spent money on doomsday supplies, just beating millennials at 39 percent
Lockdowns, power outages, tornadoes, floods, snowed in, unemployment... it’s simply sensible to keep a stash on hand. [NYPOST] As if things didn’t seem apocalyptic enough already, scientists reported that a "horned" comet three times bigger than Mount Everest went kaboom! and is hurtling toward Earth.
The blast originated on Oct. 5 from 12P/Pons-Brooks a cryovolcanic — or cold volcano — comet that measures a colossal 18.6 miles in diameter, or the size of a small city, Live Science reported. "approximately 4,289 full size refrigerators - the side-by-side ones"
For reference, Mount Everest, the highest mountain on Earth, is 29,029 feet high — or about 5.5 miles.
This marked the second time this interstellar ice cube erupted in the last four months, with the last celestial event occurring in July, the Science Times reported.
The British Astronomical Association, which is closely monitoring 12P, caught wise to this explosion after noticing that it appeared dozens of times brighter due to the light reflected by its coma — the cloud of gas surrounding its center.
For the uninitiated, such eruptions occur when a large level of gas and ice amasses and combusts like a frozen Coke can, causing the comet’s frosty insides to burst out of large cracks that form in the nucleus crust.
In this instance, the arctic blast caused the coma to sprout "horns" like some sort of intergalactic Beelzebub, as seen in accompanying photos.
Scientists also compared the satanic shape to the Millennium Falcon spaceship from "Star Wars," Space Weather Archive reported.

Already are Dron, starting with this article. Though, the movie gives a bit too much credit intelligence wise to its main characters.
For The Uninitiated.
What smug, New York Post known for its excellence in astronomy, even though it uses 'intergalactic' and can't get peoples' pronouns scientifically/biologically correct. "Oooh oooh it looks like that thing in the moving pictures box!"

As was pointed out yesterday.
He was NEVER found innocent. His sentence was adjusted to time served, all of which happen under the "NEW" Normal Social Justice pressure during the BLM Riots and Looting and B 💩 S.
Also the provided pictures show CURE was argumentative, failing/refusing to comply with lawful orders, shows after being taken to the back of the truck at STUN GUN warning, he suddenly turned, and engaged the deputy in a physical assault and altercation.
With this said and history showing us too many police officers engaged in physical fights with suspects for arrest usually end up shot with their own weapon.
I lean to a Justified shooting, until Forensic (Drugs tests and etc) facts might prove otherwise.
[WND] Douglass Mackey, who ran a Twitter account with over 58,000 followers, was sentenced to seven months in prison Wednesday for a meme he shared on social media during the 2016 election, according to Courthouse News.
Mackey was convicted by a jury in March of conspiring to deprive others of their right to vote, which carried a potential sentence of up to 10 years. The meme that led to his conviction was a fake flier encouraging Clinton supporters to vote from home via text message.
Prosecutors said that Mackey also belonged to private Twitter direct-message groups where he "coordinated" dissemination of misinformation "intended variously to provoke, mislead, and, in some cases, deceive voters in the 2016 presidential election" with others, according to the sentencing memo.
"Mackey has been found guilty by a jury of his peers of attempting to deprive individuals from exercising their sacred right to vote for the candidate of their choice in the 2016 Presidential Election," United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Breon Peace said after Mackey’s conviction in March. "Today’s verdict proves that the defendant’s fraudulent actions crossed a line into criminality and flatly rejects his cynical attempt to use the constitutional right of free speech as a shield for his scheme to subvert the ballot box and suppress the vote."
First Amendment experts raised concerns earlier this year that the law used to convict Mackey could also be used to target any allegedly false statements about political or election related issues.
"It criminalizes conspiring to ’injure’ or ’oppress’ someone in the exercise of any constitutional right," Aaron Terr, director of Public Advocacy for the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, told the Daily Caller News Foundation in April. "If that vague language covers speech that deceives people into voting improperly, it raises the troubling possibility of the government also applying it to allegedly false statements about political issues or candidates that discourage people from voting, not just misrepresentations about the logistics of exercising the franchise."
"Today’s verdict proves that the defendant’s fraudulent actions crossed a line into criminality and flatly rejects his cynical attempt to use the constitutional right of free speech as a shield for his scheme to subvert the ballot box and suppress the vote."
