[Jpost] Many of the speakers are Republicans or former Republicans who are disaffected with the party under President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves...
As a lifelong Democrat, Rabbi Joshua Stanton did not imagine that his first appearance at a political convention would be one virtually attended by more than 12,000 Republicans.
I hope someone is making lists...
But that’s exactly what will happen Monday evening when Stanton offers an invocation at the Convention on Founding Principles.
[Cleveland.com] Three Ohio House Republicans have drafted articles of impeachment against Gov. Mike DeWine, claiming many of his administration’s coronavirus orders are unconstitutional and violate Ohioans’ civil liberties.
While the chances of DeWine, a Greene County Republican, being removed from office are very slim,
...but writing it all down felt so good!
the articles of impeachment reflect ongoing dissatisfaction from many conservative lawmakers about the governor’s coronavirus response.
A resolution introduced by state Rep. John Becker, a Clermont County Republican, includes 10 articles of impeachment....
For DeWine to be removed from office, a majority of the House would need to approve the resolution, and two-thirds of the Ohio Senate would then have to vote to convict him.
The impeachment attempt drew swift criticism from both sides of the aisle.
[Fox News] House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., escalated her attacks toward President Trump and GOP lawmakers Monday, describing them as "domestic enemies" over their opposition to universal mail-in voting.
During an interview on "MSNBC Live" with anchor Ayman Mohyeldin, Pelosi slammed Trump's repeated rhetoric opposing mail-in voting and accused him of "scaring" potential voters and welcoming Russian interference in the upcoming election.
"The Russians were there and they are there now 24/7 trying to interfere in our election, but they're not the only ones," Pelosi said. "We take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and our honoring of the Constitution are right at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue with their allies in the Congress of the United States."
The speaker then urged Democrats to "mobilize," "organize" and not allow Trump to "deter anybody from voting."
"And again, support the postal system, which is Election Central," Pelosi went on. "They're doing everything they can [to] suppress the vote with their actions, scare people, intimidate by saying law enforcement will be there, diminish the role of the postal system in all of this. It's really actually shameful. Enemies of the state."

Another sign that they want a Parliamentary government, with a Democrat as Prime Minister For Life™, rather than a Republic as established in the US Constitution.

It would be nice if Pelosi lost, either from the right (because everyone leaving San Francisco probably have not changed registration yet) or from the left (because those that stayed are further left than Pelosi).

She is correct. I am an enemy of the state she is referring to. I do not support BLM, Riots, Antifa. Nor do I support defunding the police, the green new deal, and the AOC idiots. I do not support burning businesses, police stations and cities to the ground because of a 8 second video clip of a jack up meth head with a knife getting shot. I don't support the closing of hundreds of post offices and a certain congress critter's husband getting the billion dollar contract to sell them. I am opposed to everything Nancy stands for. I am the enemy she speaks of, I am an enemy of her state. I have an arsenal, its a one time use weapon and she fears it more then anything. I vote. I implore others to vote, there for I am building a militia to destroy her. Yes I am! She is fighting for her very existence, her corruption, her continued millions in greed and corruption. I stand for everything she does not. While she fights to silence me in the press, call me racist, call me a mentally ill veteran, and on and on and on. And while the press pound America with her propaganda, she cant take my vote, she cant take the army of voter that will see her out. So YES I am proud the be called an enemy of her state!

The Ministry of Health and Environment announced, on Monday, that 15,000 COVID-19 patients have been treated with blood plasma since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country.
[FOXNEWS] In an in-person roll call vote, Republicans officially renominated President Trump to represent their party on the ballot in the Nov. 3 presidential election, locking in the GOP ticket for an electoral battle against Democratic presidential nominee Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... and his running mate, Sen. Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... The states and territories were called in alphabetical order, except for Florida, the president's home state. Nevada was the state that cast the votes to put Trump over the top. Florida cast its votes last, directly ahead of Trump's early afternoon remarks. Trump, who emerged to chants of "four more years" began with a warning to supporters along the lines of his recent disputed claims that mail-in ballots could lead to voter fraud.
"Bad things happened last time with the spying on our campaign ... and this time they're trying to do it with the whole Post Office scam ... be very careful and watch it very carefully," Trump said. "We have to win. This is the most important election in the history of our country."

Read the headline as they renominate Trump but Pence is going to lead the GOP ticket in Nov. I'm not sure that comma belongs.
[THEFEDERALIST] Richard Spencer, neo-Nazi ...adherents of a philosophy that was seen even at the time as pure evil, which makes them either consciously and purely evil, or attention-seeking ratbags. Pick one, or both.... , white supremacist, and organizer of the infamous 2017 Charlottesville riots, announced yesterday on Twitter that he will be voting for Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... in the upcoming 2020 election.
A Twitter user asked Spencer if he will be voting for Biden or sitting out the election, given his belief that "Biden/Kamala will be tougher on crime/BLM than Trump." Spencer responded, "I plan to vote for Biden and a straight democratic ticket. It’s not based on ’accelerationism’ or anything like that; the liberals are clearly more competent people."
Although Spencer claims that his endorsement is about competence and not ideology, his comments from the 2017 Charlottesville riots say otherwise. During his keynote speech in Charlottesville, Spencer explained how child sacrifice abortion advances white nationalist goals, stating, "The people who are having child sacrifice abortions are generally very often black or Hispanic or from very poor circumstances."
It’s true that the vast majority of Planned Parenthood ...has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act. It is sometimes described as the gynecololgical wing of the Democratic party... clinics, the leading child sacrifice abortion provider in the U.S., are in minority neighborhoods. According to the CDC’s Abortion Surveillance report, black women make up 34 percent of all child sacrifice abortions in the United States, though they are only 13.4 percent of the U.S. population. The Charlotte Lozier Institute in New York City reported that black women in New York City have more child sacrifice abortions than live births. This is not too surprising considering the Planned Parenthood’s original goal of targeting the offspring of the poor, of minorities, and babies who are physically or mentally challenged.

So, Biden's been endorsed by approximately [licks pencil and figgers] 100% of living American- resident Nazis with any name recognition whatsoever? Sweet!
[NYPOST] The majority of Republicans have a rosier picture of America now than they did four years ago — because of their confidence in President Trump, a new poll found.Three in four GOP-identified voters who responded to a nationwide CBS News poll said that the nation is better off than it was in 2016.
When asked why they believed the nation was better off, 82 percent cited their faith in Trump and 70 percent gave the state of the economy as the reason.
Seventy percent said it was because Democrats are no longer in power and 64 percent cited their own family’s finances.
Overall, just 35 percent of registered voters who were polled said the country is better off now than four years ago.
The poll was conducted between Aug. 19-21 with a sample of 2,226 registered voters across the country.

[DAILYWIRE] Democrats are more divided than they appear according to numbers released by the Democratic National Committee following their nominating convention last week.
Fox News reports that of the 5,000 delegates that voted on the party’s platform, widely recognized as the most progressive Democratic Party ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... platform in years, more than a thousand delegates — around 25% of all attendees — voted against the decision to approve the party’s official policies.
The situation reveals a breakdown in the party that could cost the Democrats in the coming years and indicates a vast difference between the "moderate" Democratic party, which fought to nominate former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... as its 2020 contender, and the growing progressive wing, which backed Sen. Bernie Sanders ...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around... (I-VT).
"The DNC (If you're white you ain't right!) ...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate... revealed over the weekend that 3,562 delegates voted to approve the platform, while a total of 1,069 voted no, and 87 abstained,"
1069 into 5000 is 21.4% not 25%. Why does nobody demand that reporters be able to do basic arithmetic??
Fox reported. "The number of convention delegates who voted no is roughly the same as the number of delegates pledged to progressive Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont. The populist politician and ’Medicare-for-all’ champion was the last remaining rival to Democratic nominee Joe Biden in the primaries before suspending his White House bid and endorsing the former vice president in April."

Why does nobody demand that reporters be able to do basic arithmetic??
An understanding that they're simply not capable of it?
I also suspect high rates of innumeracy among their superiors and their readers.
Can't demand something of which they cannot even conceive.
As for the "No" votes, clearly there's not enough in the platform about smashing the kulaks as a class.

"Math R Us not Us (the Dems)." Maybe, they had trouble counting the votes for Hilldabeast in 2016 which resulted in a huge pandemic of DJT derangement syndrome. But that is just one of many of their problems.

When you are good at math you become a scientits/engineer. When you are good at speaking you become a lawyer or a politicain. When you are good at writing you become a writer. When you are good for nothing you become a journalist
