The Department of Justice on Wednesday released Strzok’s handwritten notes from January 4th, 2017, the day before the infamous closed-door Oval Office meeting between Obama, Biden, ex-FBI Director James Comey, ex-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, and former CIA Director John Brennan coordinating the FBI investigation into Flynn.
Strzok’s handwritten notes reveal that Biden himself invoked the Logan Act as the basis for going after Flynn.
They also show that Obama himself directly ordered the targeting of
Flynn, telling Comey: "Have the right people on the case."

[Jpost] The sealed depositions were obtained by the outspoken Harvard professor in connection to a separate 2019 civil defamation lawsuit, filed by the same plaintiff Virginia Giuffre.
Former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak responded to a report filed by the Miami Herald, claiming that he was mentioned in sealed court documents which alleged that he was sexually involved with a minor in relation to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.
"Barak's name was inserted into the article in order to push aside the allegations against Dershowitz," Barak said in a statement, according to N12. "In Dershowitz's paper it's stated that the women's testimony is false. Barak does not comment on imaginary rumors or false affidavits. Moreover, neither did Barak know nor did he meet Epstein in 2002, when the women supposedly left the US for Australia."
Sealed depositions from a 2016 defamation suit filed by Virginia Giuffre, one of the purported victims of Epstein's sex trafficking ring, against Ghislaine Maxwell, an associate and alleged madam of Jeffrey Epstein, were obtained by the legal team of lawyer Alan Dershowitz. And, according to the Herald, Barak was named within the confidential documents as one of the people the plaintiff was trafficked to and forced to have sex with.
The sealed depositions were obtained by the outspoken Harvard professor in connection to a separate 2019 civil defamation lawsuit filed by the same plaintiff, who alleges she was forced to have sex with Dershowitz while working as a locker room attendant at US President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort. Dershowitz in response countersued for defamation.
Giuffre's lawyers were attempting to keep the documents sealed, according to the Herald report, because they were worried that Dershowitz might twist the information to use in his favor. However, his lawyer Howard Cooper admitted in court Tuesday that they procured some of the confidential affidavits, where Giuffre named Barak as one of her offenders.

Trump, former President Bill Clinton and Britain's Prince Andrew as friends, was arrested in July of last year and pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges involving women and girls as young as 14 from 2002 to 2005 throughout Manhattan and Florida.
He died August 10, two days after signing his will, by apparently hanging himself in his cell. Days later, a federal judge dismissed the case.
Many of Epstein's alleged victims, like Giuffre, are still attempting to obtain compensation for the sexual abuse they claim to have endured at the hands of the late financier, and those allegedly in connection with him. Giuffre recently appeared on the Netflix series Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, amid her legal battles with Dershowitz and Maxwell, where she candidly detailed her association with Epstein. She vehemently named Prince Andrew as one of her offenders in the series.

Karl Manke, a 77-year-old who has operated his shop in Owosso for 60 years, was granted a full and final dismissal of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services’ lawsuit seeking to shut him down, according to court documents obtained by FOX66 Flint.
"I am glad the state has finally realized I am not a health threat to anyone and that I have a right to continue to cut hair," Manke said in a statement issued by his attorney, David A. Kallman, according to MLive.com. "The courts have consistently upheld my constitutional rights affirming that the governor’s attempts to shut me down were out of line."
Since reopening his shop May 4, Manke was issued at least two citations and charged with a misdemeanor and had his license suspended.
But the 77-year-old stood his ground during the month-long legal battle against the state, which claimed he was a danger to public health for operating his shop during the COVID-19 shutdown, and even continued to cut hair.
Manke scored a victory earlier this month after the Michigan Supreme Court unanimously sided with him, ruling that the state appeals court didn’t follow proper procedure to make its decision.
A pending appeal in the Michigan Court of Appeals will also be dropped as a result of the agreement, according to local reports.
Manke also had his license reinstated last week when Michigan allowed barbershops and salons to reopen statewide. Whitmer’s executive order had shut those businesses down since March 17.
However, death is not the end. There remains the litigation over the estate... Kallman said Manke is still facing misdemeanor criminal charges filed by the Shiawassee County Prosecutor’s Office, according to the outlet. He also said the barber will contest a still-pending formal complaint the state filed against him at a hearing on July 15.

I have worked with a tech team that was 100% American citizens before H1B1 people became popular. Creativity was through the roof. Also, it was a fun, company loyal team to work with also.
When companies started using H1B1 people, there were very good tech people coming in but they had to be told exactly what to do, there was no creativity, but that benefit was offset by lower pay per corporate.
One evening I was working very, very late and after midnight I noticed computers coming coming back to life by themselves, then cursors moving around on the screens. The H1B1 foreigners had given back door access to the systems to people back in their countries were going behind the fire walls at night and downloading the new code written the previous day.
THAT is how H1B1 workers were making up for the lower pay, they were selling access to their daily work to people and entities back home.
