[DAILYCALLER] In addition to being an accused child sex trafficker, Black Lives Matter activist Charles Wade is a financial "scammer," says a lawyer for a St. Louis real estate developer who lost more than $10,000 after Wade skipped town last year without paying rent.
By some estimates, Wade, a former stylist for Beyonce Knowles’ sister Solange, took in hundreds of thousands of dollars in online donations for a group called Operation Help or Hush (OHOH) that he co-founded in the wake of the Aug. 9, 2014 police shooting of Michael Brown. The group’s stated mission was to provide temporary housing for protesters in the St. Louis area.
Wade, 33, drew national attention earlier this month after The Daily Caller reported that he was incarcerated Youse'll never take me alive coppers!... [BANG!]... Ow!... I quit! on April 25 on sex trafficking charges. Police in College Park, Md. say that Wade pimped out a 17-year-old girl using the website backpage.com. She told police that she gave Wade all of the money she was paid to have sex and that Wade knew she was only 17.

He will be transformed into a victim with a personality disorder and a candidate for a POTUS pardon.
[Wash Times] In attacking Donald Trump, President Obama has managed to anger one of the nation’s largest and oldest veterans’ groups.
The Veterans of Foreign Wars took offense at Mr. Obama’s assertion that its members are confused by right-wing media pundits.
"I don’t know how many VFW posts the president has ever visited," VFW National Commander John A. Biedrzycki Jr. said Thursday, "but our near 1.7 million members are a direct reflection of America, which means we represent every generation, race, religion, gender and political and ideological viewpoint."
He added, "We don’t have confused politics, we don’t need left- or right-wing media filters telling us how to think or vote, and we don’t need any president of the United States lecturing us about how we are individually effected by the economy."
During a speech Wednesday in Elkhart, Indiana Mr. Obama said, "I’m concerned when I watch the direction of our politics. I mean, we have been hearing this story for decades -- tales about welfare queens, talking about takers, talking about the 47 percent. It’s the story that’s broadcast every day on some cable news stations, on right-wing radio. It’s pumped into cars and bars and VFW halls all across America, and right here in Elkhart."
The president went on, "If you’re hearing that story all the time, you start believing it. It’s no wonder people think big government is the problem. No wonder public support for unions is so low. No wonder that people think the deficit has gone up under my presidency when it’s actually gone down."

What part of Romney's bit about 47% of Americans depending on some form of government funded income and so that they would oppose any government reform was factually incorrect (whether or not you agree with Romney about anything else)?
What part about Reagan's observation that we have multigenerational welfare families (read: single mommies and disability cheats) was factually incorrect?
What part of Bill Clinton's observation that the era of big government should end was factually incorrect?
Why are four of the richest counties in the U.S. the ones surrounding Washington D.C., their wealth consisting of public functionaries, bureaucrats, regulators, and the lawyers and lobbyists who bribe them for favors, instead of places where actual private sector productivity occurs?
Why is this pattern repeated around state capitals and state-funded university towns across America?

Only uneducated barbarians live outside the gates.

I am really sick of all these progressive, nanny state idiots lecturing people on how they are so stupid or confused or wrong for not parroting the party line.
Keep it up assholes and I'll shove my shoe down your throat.
The law is unconstitutional. The writers of the laws know it. Lawyers know it. Prosecutors know it. But by the time it is overturned, the damage will have been done and the fascists who wrote the law in the first place will skate. Laws in a civil society are not intended to be used against fellow citizens for their political views. Now with that steaming pile their opposition, my side, will likely promote a remedy worse than the disease.
May they all burn in hell.
[The Washington Times] A landmark California bill gaining steam would make it illegal to engage in climate-change dissent, clearing the way for lawsuits against fossil-fuel companies, think-tanks and others that have “deceived or misled the public on the risks of climate change.”
The first-of-its-kind legislation — Senate Bill 1161, or the California Climate Science Truth and Accountability Act of 2016 — is scheduled for floor action Thursday after clearing Senate committees in April and May.
The measure would allow state and local prosecutors to pursue claims against climate-change skepticism as a violation of the state’s Unfair Competition Law [UCL], as well as extend the four-year statute of limitations for such claims retroactively to Jan. 1, 2021.
“This bill explicitly authorizes district attorneys and the Attorney General to pursue UCL claims alleging that a business or organization has directly or indirectly engaged in unfair competition with respect to scientific evidence regarding the existence, extent, or current or future impacts of anthropogenic induced climate change,” says the state Senate Rules Committee’s floor analysis.
While the measure enjoys broad support by a bevy of environmental groups, the bill has also been described as an effort to ban free speech on climate change as well as chill donations to free-market groups.
Stephen Frank, editor of the conservative California Political Review, called the bill a “totalitarian statement by Democrats that the First Amendment is now dead.”
A landmark bill allowing for the prosecution of climate change dissent effectively died Thursday after the California Senate failed to take it up before the deadline.
Senate Bill 1161, or the California Climate Science Truth and Accountability Act of 2016, would have authorized prosecutors to sue fossil fuel companies, think tanks and others that have “deceived or misled the public on the risks of climate change.”
I think they wanted the anti-gun bills to pass first before they felt brave enough to pass this one.
[THEHILL] The Republican National Committee (RNC) on Thursday released classified nondisclosure agreements signed by a pair of Hillary Clinton ... sometimes described as For a good time at 3 a.m. call Hillary and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Timothy Pickering ... 's State Department aides in which they promised to protect classified information.
The release of the documents from Jacob Sullivan and Bryan Pagliano comes hours before Clinton is set to deliver a major national security address attacking presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, and appear to be designed to undercut her claims to be the most responsible steward of American power.
"Hillary Clinton endangered our national security and created a culture where top staffers went rogue, silenced career officials and hid a reckless email scheme that placed her political ambitions above all else," RNC Chairman Reince Priebus said in a statement. "These records show that like Clinton, her closest aides did not meet their responsibilities to protect classified information regardless of whether it was marked."
The agreements show that Sullivan -- a top adviser who now works on Clinton’s presidential campaign -- and Pagliano -- the IT aide believed to have set up and maintained Clinton’s controversial private server -- swore to protect "marked or unmarked classified information, including email communications."
Sullivan sent more than 800 emails that now include information marked as classified, according to the State Department. None of those emails were marked as classified at the time they were sent.

Enjoy her while you can because we may not have the Beest to kick around much longer. I hope Trump is prepared to refocus his campaign. He is likely to find himself debating Sanders or Biden instead of Hillary.
