[DAILYCALLER] Two years after Seattle slashed its police budget, local business owners say crime has skyrocketed, with police unable to deal with thefts, homelessness and open-air drug use that plague the city.
Elliot Bay Community Fitness owner Rohan Joseph consistently posts videos of drug-intoxicated people causing disturbances in his area, with other local business owners reporting break-ins and theft at their establishments.
“I support my police, I support my firefighters, I support a lot of local charities, but it’s almost getting impossible to survive these days with a small business,” 206 Burger Company owner Suren Shrestha said.
I will make this open bet to @tedcruz — if the @dallascowboys beat the @49ers I won’t tweet for the rest of January. If the @49ers win you can’t tweet for rest of January. How Texan are you, Ted? Deal?
— Rep. Eric Swalwell (@RepSwalwell) January 17, 2023
Cruz responded, "How about we bet a Chinese dinner instead?"

Juxtaposition can be the funniest thing!
"Breaking: Alec Baldwin charged with involuntary manslaughter for shooting death
reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel... Mayor Lori Lightfoot ...the diminutive and vacuous Heronner da Mare of Chicago. When the corpse count rises she blames the guns, which are banned anyway. A racist to the bone, Lori sez that people with the same skin tone all think alike, not quite getting the implications for a city with a population less than thirty percent black... has an uphill battle to win reelection — facing eight challengers in next month's election amid a crime problem that has rippled through the county's third-most populous city.
From 2019, when Lightfoot took office, to the end of 2022, crime rose 33% overall. Specifically, murder rose 39%, theft increased 37% and motor vehicle theft rose 139%, Chicago Police Department data shows.
The election is Feb. 28, and a runoff will be held April 4 if no candidate receives a majority of votes.
Lightfoot, the first black woman and gay person to be elected Chicago mayor, finished fourth in the recently published Chicago Index poll, a collaboration between The Daily Line and Crain’s Chicago Business.
Finishing ahead of Lightfoot in the poll were Democrat Rep. Jesus "Chuy" Garcia, who endorsed Lightfoot in 2019; Cook County Commissioner Brandon Johnson; and former Chicago Public Schools CEO Paul Vallas.
Garcia and Johnson tied for first, with each receiving 25% of the vote, and Vallas and Lightfoot received 15% and 11%, respectively. All other candidates received 5% or less of the vote.
This was one of the MailOnline columns I’ve had the most feedback on. The way Ardern terrorised her own population and locked out passport holders like me for over two years was unforgivable. I will never forget the damage she’s caused. But Kiwis woke up!https://t.co/YYH9OB87PE
[Fox News] The U.S. Secret Service is prepared to offer names of individuals who visited President Biden's Wilmington, Delaware, home if requested by Congress, Fox News has learned.
The White House continues to insist that there exists no formal visitor log for the personal residence where two troves of classified documents were found.
While the White House has not kept a formal list, the Secret Service does collect information on guests with regular access to the home.
Retention of the names of those vetted by the Secret Service depends on a variety of factors, including proximity to the president and the nature of the background check.
"The Secret Service does not maintain visitor logs at the private residences of protectees," said U.S. Secret Service chief of communications Anthony Guglielmi. "While the Secret Service does generate law enforcement and criminal justice information records for various individuals who may come into contact with Secret Service protected sites, we are not able to comment further as this speaks to the means and methods of our protective operations."
A source familiar with the situation told Fox News that the Secret Service is prepared to provide available background information on vetted guests to Biden's residence if requested by Congress.

Of course they know. They're just not saying. And the excuse that it "speaks to the means and methods" they use is ridiculous. But weren't we hearing just a few days ago how Joe was worried about some of the Secret Service guys being conservatives? Be a shame if some of that information leaked.

Of course there is a visitors and appoints log. People don't just park, walk up, and knock on the door.
#3
I am particularly curious about the kinds of physicians and medical professionals who are regular visitors. The whole question of how hey have juiced him in the past for essential events and the sundowner periods that follow with increasing frequency. Not just post 2020 election but in the run-up to it and the way his public events were managed and prepped.

They were correct that there was no visitor log; that does not mean there wasn’t another kind of log. It was a puzzle like “ Speak friend and enter.”
They protect the institution of the presidency and the institution of the Secret Service, but they likely despise Joe.

California Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters has paid her daughter over $1.2 million in total over the last decade and it’s all been legal. Now, Republicans are aiming to put a ban on lawmakers from putting family members on the campaign payroll after many prominent Democrats have been called out over the practice.
Republican Texas Rep. Pat Fallon has introduced legislation called the Family Integrity to Reform Elections Act, which would prevent campaign funds from going to a candidate’s immediate family. The bill, if passed, would also make the candidate directly responsible for knowingly violating the provision.
This will bring attention to the problem and provide campaign talking points for whoever runs against Rep. Waters, but even if it passes the House it won’t get through the Senate during this session.

Relatives employed by "donor funded" charitable NGO's for Outreach™ -- you can smell the astroturf from here
[NYPOST] Given the opportunity to search President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences. So does Afghanistan, aka Biden's Bungle... ’s office and residences, the Department of Justice declined to do so, The Wall Street Journal reports. Instead, it allowed potentially uncleared and unnamed private counsel to search for classified material after the discovery of the highly classified documents in the Penn Biden Center office. It was a decision that could benefit Biden greatly, but at a considerable cost to the department itself.
If true, the decision raises additional questions over the independence of top law enforcement personnel. This follows a litany of controversies involving both Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... and Biden where the FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... and DOJ have been accused of political bias and unequal treatment. While the FBI recently denounced critics as "conspiracy theorists," the record of inexplicable decisions continues to grow by the day.
There is no plausible reason why, given the chance, the Justice Department would not want to conduct a national security search itself. After Nov. 2, the Justice Department was aware that material at the top secret or higher levels was discovered in a closet in the Penn Biden Center. It was also aware that the material may have been moved over the course of six years and that other material could be in other unsecured locations. Nevertheless, it reportedly opted to allow uncleared attorneys to search for additional classified material under a type of "look but please don’t read" edict.

Since the commentary so far implies that the strategy for Jojo is going to be these classified docs were all packed up in error after the 2016 election, and just sat unnoticed for six years in dusty boxes, it is essential that the precise in situ description of where they were discovered and possible associated non-classified personal papers proximate to them be left unknown. Since I am relatively certain that the classified docs are in fact illegal copies or printed JPEG files, thus making records of who had last access unreliable as proof of responsibility and access, the details of their discovery become essential to the matter of responsibilty for handling. Indeed, the actual classified materials in question may well have been physically sanitized before being turned over to DOJ. As a consequence, the context of their discovery is an essential component of the investigation to determine if they were in use after the initial removal from a secure facility. And now comes the explanation for why Biden's lawyers, even without proper clearances, were permitted solo searching by DOJ. Attorney Client privilege associated with their behavior on behalf of their client at his residences may well protect the incrimination facts of their initial discovery details from being disclosed to investigators! Absent certainty, the farce of denial and clumsy handling by unknowns makes it fr mroe difficult to pin gross negligence on a sitting President, a classic Clintonian cleanup.

No, that is when you take money from a foreign government to lobby for them with out doing the paperwork. This is an example of accepting a bribe. If Frank get’s divorced, we will likely see that he is paying ridiculous rent to Joe- that would be money laundering. All are part of activity that the FBI could build a RICO around … in another universe.
Note - Frank is likely an undeclared foreign lobbyist of China, but this is not an example of it. Frank probably will not get as much for speaking soon. He needs to up the tempo.

[BREITBART] President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S., father of Hunter, close friend of an imaginary negro named Corn Pop. He blames Trump for losing Afghanistan.... on Sunday claimed he attended a black Church in Delaware every morning after he attended Catholic Mass in high school.
"I may be a practicing Catholic, we used to go 7:30 am mass every morning in high school and college before I went to the black church," he said. "Not a joke." Then why are we laughing?
Biden spoke about his personal experience with the black church during a visit to the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia to recognize Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day.
The president has repeatedly claimed he was close with the black church in Delaware, despite longtime congregants saying they do not remember Biden attending the church. He sat in the back.
Biden made a similar claim in October 2020, during a speech to the Bethlehem Baptist Church in South Carolina.
"I’d go to 8 o’clock Mass, then I’d go to Reverend Herring’s church where we’d meet in order to organize and figure where we were going to go, whether we were going to desegregate the Rialto movie theater or what we were going to do," he said. Then he went to schul, more than most rabbis.
Despite ongoing questions about his claims about spending significant time in the black church, Biden has repeated his claim.
"I was raised in the black church politically — not a joke," he said during a speech at an NAACP event in Iowa in 2020. And in Delaware's Jewish, Puerto Rican, and Nanticoke communities.
Biden spoke at the church in Atlanta to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy.
"The point is there’s hope. There’s always hope. We have to believe," he said. "Ladies and gentlemen that was Dr. King’s path in my view. The path of keeping the faith. And it must be our path."
During his speech, he recalled a hymn that he said was known to be a favorite of the historic civil rights figure.
"I don’t believe He brought me this far to leave me," he said.

Back i my day (which is the same as Biden's day) I remember being told that if we Catholics came across a Protestant church while walking down the street, we should cross the street.
The idea that Biden would enter a Protestant church is ridiculous.

^^^ Yes. Back before Vatican II, which is my as well as your and Biden's day, it was a mortal sin to attend Protestant worship. Straight to hell if you did that.
