[BIZPACREVIEW] A sure sign that Tuesday was an overall good day was evident when creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti was arrested — again.
A development that prompted Donald Trump Jr. to engage in a little schadenfreude.
Avenatti was arrested by Internal Revenue Service agents Tuesday evening in Los Angeles, during a break in a State Bar Court disciplinary hearing over allegations the controversial attorney scammed a client out of $840,000, Fox News reported.
When the hearing resumed, Avenatti was nowhere to be found. His attorneys called for a sidebar with the judge and said that their client would not be able to return due to circumstances related to a criminal matter in Orange County.
That his arrest came on the night that the dismal 2020 Democratic presidential field was holding a debate was only fitting, given that Avenatti once entertained an idea of running for president on the party ticket.
All of which proved to be too much for the president’s eldest son and namesake, who was disappointed the one-time attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels wasn’t on stage with the other candidates.
“Again???” Trump Jr. tweeted. “He would have been more entertaining on tonight’s #demdebate than these jokers. What happened? Michael Avenatti Arrested by Feds at California State Bar Hearing.”

Remember: the Democratic SS was proposing that this disgusting reptile run against DJT for PRESIDENT. Yep, that's right: the 'Resistance' idiots were pushing Avenatti for President.
IOW these howling maroons have for three years been screaming bloody crimes and treason etc against s.o. who's completely innocent of same, and they proposed that his replacement be an actual felon - an extortionist, a thief, a fraudster who stole from his own clients, for chrissakes.
Note: Main headline on front page said "Federal watchdog issues report finding Trump admin broke law by withholding Ukraine aid"
[FoxNews] The Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a legal opinion on Thursday saying that President Trump's administration broke the law by withholding defense aid to Ukraine ‐ the issue at the heart of the president's impeachment trial.
That money, $214 million which had been allocated to the Department of Defense for security assistance, was appropriated by Congress and therefore the administration did not have the right to hold it back just because it disagreed with its allocation, the opinion from the nonpartisan government watchdog said.
"Faithful execution of the law does not permit the President to substitute his own policy priorities for those that Congress has enacted into law," the opinion said. "[The Office of Management and Budget] OMB withheld funds for a policy reason ... not a programmatic delay. Therefore, we conclude that the OMB violated the ICA [Impoundment Control Act]."
The OMB made clear Thursday, however, that it disagreed with the GAO report.
"We disagree with GAO's opinion," OMB spokesperson Rachel Semmel said. "OMB uses its apportionment authority to ensure taxpayer dollars are properly spent consistent with the President's priorities and with the law."
Further, a senior administration official said to Fox News that they believed the GAO was trying to insert itself into impeachment at a time when media attention on the matter is high.
"GAO’s findings are a pretty clear overreach as they attempt to insert themselves into the media’s controversy of the day. Further, GAO has a history of the flip-flops, reversing 40-years of precedent this year on their pocket rescission decision, they were also forced to reverse a legally faulty opinion when they opposed the reimbursement of federal employee travel costs. In their rush to insert themselves in the impeachment narrative, maybe they’ll have to reverse their opinion again." More at link!

Desperate stuff from the deep-staters to protect corrupt Biden et al.
"Current U.S. law prevents the U.S. from lending help to corrupt countries.
Therefore, the congressman explained, Trump would’ve needed to ask for a Biden investigation — since he suspected the family was corrupt — in order to give Ukraine the assistance."
The GAO appears to be another beast from the Swamp trying to make a political take-down.
[NY Post, where Britain gets its news] British police have blocked a legal bid to trace Prince Andrew’s bodyguards’ movements on the night he allegedly first had sex with a Jeffrey Epstein accuser.
The disgraced royal claims that he could not have had sex with Virginia Roberts Giuffre in London in March 2001 — because he was grabbing pizza with his daughter at a chain restaurant in the small town of Woking.
With no witnesses of the prince’s pie date, the Mirror Online submitted a Freedom of Information Act request hoping that his royal protection officers’ movements would help prove his whereabouts that day.
But London’s Met police rejected the request, citing national security concerns — and sparking an immediate backlash, the UK news site said.

Did the Prince pay with cash? I would think there would be a ton of photos tagged with the prince and the location among the civilian population no matter where and when the Prince goes anywhere public. Restaurants often remember such high profile guests and often take photos to put on the wall. Journalists should have little difficulty confirming the story (if true) without a freedom of information request.
Epstein installed concealed cameras in numerous places on his properties to allegedly record sexual activity with underage girls by prominent people for criminal purposes, such as blackmail.[77] Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's close companion, told a friend that Epstein's private island in the Virgin Islands was completely wired for video and the friend believed that Maxwell and Epstein were videotaping everyone on the island as an insurance policy.[78] When police raided his Palm Beach residence in 2006 two hidden pinhole cameras were discovered in his home.[79] It was also reported that Epstein's mansion in New York was wired extensively with a video surveillance system.[80]
Maria Farmer, who visited Epstein's mansion in New York, noted that Epstein showed her a media room in the mansion where there were individuals monitoring the pinhole cameras throughout the house. The media room was accessed through a hidden door. She stated that in the media room "there were men sitting here. And I looked on the cameras, and I saw toilet, toilet, bed, bed, toilet, bed." She added that "It was very obvious that they were, like, monitoring private moments."[81]
Epstein allegedly "lent" girls to powerful people to ingratiate himself with them and also to gain possible blackmail information.[82]
According to the Department of Justice, he kept compact discs locked in his safe in his New York mansion with handwritten labels that included the description: "young [name] + [name]".[83] Epstein partially confirmed that he had blackmail material when he told a New York Times reporter in 2018, off the record, that he had dirt on powerful people, including information about their sexual proclivities and recreational drug use.[84]
[Project Veritas] Des Moines, IA - A Bernie Sanders Presidential Campaign Field Organizer, Kyle Jurek, was secretly recorded bragging about his extreme left-wing fringe views, calling for violence and death to those who oppose Sanders’ radical policies. Kyle Jurek, who works out of the Sanders campaign Iowa office, has been paid at least $9,775 since starting in his official campaign role. Project Veritas Action Fund’s undercover journalists secretly recorded Jurek’s statements for months; recording footage on multiple occasions where he lashes out against Sanders’ Democratic opposition, President Trump’s supporters, and others. The recordings give insight into the mentality of many Sanders staffers and what they truly believe. In the video, Jurek details his expectations for the 2020 Presidential election and emphatically states that cities will "burn" if President Trump wins re-election.

Bernie might disavow Jurek in public but I'm guessing his own sentiments are not much different.

An ignorant and obviously dangerous sociopath he is also obviously a loudmouth. So you know he was very vocal in his interaction with campaign staffers. That he was not dismissed soon after arrival suggests his thoughts were not offensive to a wider section of the campaign. That should worry people a great deal.

Re #3: Bernie Sanders has spent years convincing voters that his Soviet honeymoon, his support for the Nicaraguan Sandinistas, his admiration for Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez were all a misunderstanding. See, it was Denmark, Danish-style socialism he wants for America, not a second Venezuela. He was really quite reasonable in intentions all along.
It was exposed as garbage the other day, when James O'Keefe released an undercover video of a top-line paid Iowa staffer, Kyle Jurek, praising gulags, re-education camps, burning cities, beaten cops, and killing anyone who resists the "revolution" as the plan all along. Worse still, he said the Bernie campaign was loaded with such people and Bernie's moderate claims was a mask. So much for Bernie's rebranding bid.
Ordinarily, that would be a firing offense. The guy just undercut Sanders' carefully cultivated public relations persona to win voters and made Sanders look like Mao recrudescent, Stalin reborn, and Pol Pot's ghost, something worse actually, than even most suspicious Republicans have ever came up with.
Sanders' response?
Nothing. No firing. No denunciation of all the sick plans and praise for the world's most odious dictators. A quick dismissal of the whole thing as "political gossip" and not by Bernie himself but by another Iowa staffer.

It should not be a shock to find that Bernie's campaign is staffed by a good number of Antifa.

WASHINGTON (AP) ‐ In a dramatic procession across the U.S. Capitol, House Democrats carried the formal articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump to the Senate, setting the stage for only the third trial to remove a president in American history.
Trump complained anew Wednesday that it was all a "hoax," even as fresh details emerged about his efforts in Ukraine.
The ceremonial pomp and protocol by the lawmakers prosecuting the case against Trump moved the impeachment out of Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Democratic-run House to the Republican-majority Senate, where the president’s team is mounting a defense aiming for swift acquittal.
"Today we will make history,″ Pelosi said as she signed the documents, using multiple pens to hand out and mark the moment. "This president will be held accountable."
Moments later the prosecutors walked solemnly through the stately hall, filing into the Senate back row as the clerk of the House announced the arrival: "The House has passed House Resolution 798, a resolution appointing and authorizing managers of the impeachment trial of Donald John Trump, president of United States."
The Senate will transform itself into an impeachment court at noon Thursday. The Constitution calls for Chief Justice John Roberts to preside at the trial, administering the oath to senators who will serve as jurors and swear to deliver "impartial justice."

In a dramaticsurreal-comic procession across the U.S. Capitol, House Democrats carried their shit-smeared dildo-shaped punji sticksformal articles of impeachment against Genghis Mussolini, whom they launched their Peach-Mint Shitshow against the second he was inaugurated...

Will Pelosi be held accountable for her part in this Dem-created gigantic clusterf&%# ?
No. She's the Congresscritter-for-life from the ultra-safe San Francisco congressional district. I have nothing but contempt for that city and the voters who live there. The best that we can hope is that, after the 2020 election, she will be demoted to House Minority Leader. Although, I suppose it is not inconceivable that her caucus will choose another leader, maybe AOC.

The Procession of the Nobles is just another part of Le Grand Shitshow. Remember the three SS requirements:
1. Complete, utter Absurdity/Futility - check
2. Gross Incompetence - check
3. Ostentatious Virtue Signaling - check

/\ #4. We are NOT a Parliamentary Democracy so passing a Vote of 'No Confidence' by the Opposition Party, even if it has a majority in the House of Representatives, disguised as an (quote) Impeachment (un-quote) is against our Constitution.

"Today we will make historylive in Infamy,″ Pelosi said as she signed the documents, using multiple pens to hand out and mark the moment in a somber, demented, and religious manner.

[IsraelTimes] Campaign consultants’ views on brokering peace distinguish the candidate from rivals Bernie Sanders ...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being a socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around... and Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed.
