[Washington Examiner] A former U.S. attorney thinks Hillary Clinton could face a criminal indictment from the FBI within the next 60 days.
Joe DiGenova, a Republican U.S. attorney appointed by President Reagan, said Clinton's "biggest problem right now" is the open FBI investigation into the contents of her private emails.
"They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the secretary and all of her senior staff," DiGenova said Tuesday on the "Laura Ingraham Show" radio program. "And, it's going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days."
FBI Director James Comey has refused to answer questions about when his agents will wrap up a months-long probe into whether Clinton and her staff mishandled classified information on an unsecured network.

Not a chance. The Atty general will never let it get to that point. they will find some scapegoat to pin it on (assuming they even admit they found anything).

If she does face indictment its because the Dems don't want her. The indictment alone would probably give the primary to Sanders. Then things could be dropped so that she avoids prison.
More likely the FBI will clear her of all wrongdoing in the days before the primary to give her a boost.
It would be interesting to see how an indictment could be twisted by the fevered left to be W's fault.
[WASHINGTONPOST] 'Twill be inconvenient if The Donald becomes president. But of course there is no future, only the present. All consequences are random.

They don't call it Londistan for nothing.
The FAA reports directly to the President. The Hump could cancel all flights to and from the UK.
He'd also demand that all negotiations take place in the US continent. No one with suspected terrorists connections would be let across the borders or off a ship. Anyone with known terrorist's connections would get a lovely tropical vacation in Cuba.

[ABCNEWS.GO] President B.O. unveiled several measures today intended to advance his gun safety agenda, saying he could not wait for an end to political gridlock to pursue efforts to reduce gun violence.
"The constant excuses for inaction no longer do. No longer suffice. That's why we're here today," Obama said as he addressed a room full of gun safety advocates and survivors of gun violence from the East Room of the White House.
"Not to debate the last mass shooting, but to do something to try to prevent the next one."
He added: "Until we have a Congress that's in line with the majority of Americans, there are actions within my legal authority that we can take to help reduce gun violence to save more lives."

Soooo ... the Norks are playing with nukes, Iran has a massive missile program, the refugees he wants to import are sexually assaulting European women by the thousands and his priority is disarming law-abiding American citizens. *sigh*

I wonder whom he thinks elected a pub majority to the congress? Poor, clueless, indolent kaffir. He'll always be blaming someone else for his woes and has now added televised weeping to his shameless repertoire. LTC(Ret) Ralph Peters made the correct assessment on this fellow.

Wow B... not so happy. If I just had a $4M vacation to Hawaii on somebody else's dime, I'd look a lot happier than this. Maybe the kids are finally realizing that Mommy and Daddy are useless tools and most of the country knows it.

To be fair, I'm usually tuckered after a long flight. Though usually I'm packed into a hip pouch, fed pretzel dust and cheap vodka, and have to carry all of my bags. Oh, and I'm sure I'm not the only visitor here to try to make an cross terminal connection in Atlanta in 45min or less.
As my wife said, "I'd expect some crying from our first woman president; but this is embarrassing."
I saw one morning program was bookending the weeping willow with pictures of screaming white children. I guess Obamadorus of Hawaii is just too talented for the morning coffee rubes to appreciate. He is very disappointed in you, too.

AF1 is a little different flying experience than y'all are used to. Their expressions are not one of discomfort and fatigue, they are of ingratitude.

I hope you won't think me a nag, but
You're making me nervous,
So do me this service,
To let me take charge of your hagbut."
