[Bloomberg] German Chancellor Angela Merkel will quit as head of her Christian Democratic party after almost two decades, a person familiar with the matter said, a dramatic sign of her waning authority that will raise questions about her staying power as chancellor.
The unexpected reversal by Merkel, 64, signals the beginning of the end of an era during which her command of Germany put its stamp on Europe and beyond for more than a decade. Even so, Merkel's term as chancellor runs until 2021 and Merkel has said she intends to serve it out. She is scheduled to speak to the media at 1 p.m. local time in Berlin.

The sooner the better. She has not represented Germany well. Globalist immigration policies have been a disaster for Germany.
[Right Scoop] If you don’t watch Sunday morning news/talk shows, you’re a smart American (and I join you in giving that hobby a hard pass), but there are a lot of people who do watch, and listen. And if you’ve checked media sites today, you’ll know this morning was loaded with people saying Trump created the environment that resulted in murder, or encouraged the thoughts that led to murder, or "fomented" murder or instigated it or created the climate for it or birthed the "atmosphere" for it ... all while also loudly protesting that "nobody said Trump is responsible." And that includes people who literally used the word "responsible."
ABC’s chief fake journalist George Clintonopoulos was no exception, along with his panel, on this week’s This Week. Luckily for Americans doomed or duped into watching, National Review executive editor Reihan Salam was in the house to smack back.
This video is really something. Watch and study it, I say. Especially you smart ones like me who don’t normally watch these abysmal shows.

Sort of missed the assaults upon Trump supporters way back during the 2016 primary rallies in Oakland and Chicago. Nah, its just one set of rules for me, another set of rules for thee, again.
[Breitbart] On Friday, failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton stated she would "like to be president" during a live taping of Recode Decode at New York City’s 92nd Street YMCA.
"I’d like to be president," stated Clinton. "I think, hopefully, when we have a Democrat in the oval office in January 2021, there’s gonna be so much work to be done."
She said:
I mean, we have confused everyone in the world, including ourselves. We have confused our friends and our enemies. They have no idea what the United States stands for, what we’re likely to do, what we think is important. So the work would be work that I feel very well prepared for, having been in the Senate for eight years, having been a diplomat in the State Department, and it’s just gonna be a lot of heavy lifting.
When questioned on whether she would be a part of the heavy lifting, Clinton said, "I have no idea, Kara. I’m going to, you know, I’m not even gonna think about it till we get through this November 6th election."

‘I'd Like to Be President'
We got that impression when you ran for President more than once. You were rejected by voters both times though, take the hint.
[SFGATE] the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... ’s effort to get noncitizen parents to the ballot box is pretty much a bust the first time out, with only 49 signing up to vote in the Nov. 6 election.
Back in July, the city began registering noncitizens ‐ including undocumented immigrants colonists ‐ to vote in school board elections.
The program is the first-of-its-kind in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, and followed passage of a 2016 San Francisco ballot measure opening school elections to noncitizens who are over the age of 18, city residents and have children under age 19.
The city spent about $310,000 setting up the new registration system and encouraging people to sign up.
But Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... ’s election quickly put a damper on enthusiasm for the idea. This year, city officials began voicing concerns that signing up could expose people here illegally to detection by Immigration and Customs Enforcement since voter rolls ‐ including home addresses ‐ could be subpoenaed by the feds.
Supervisor Sandra Lee Fewer urged the city to spend as much as $500,000 to warn undocumented residents that registering to vote could point ICE their way ‐ but then-Mayor Mark Farrell nixed her initial request for $125,000 to get the ball rolling.
Whatever the case, the tally to register noncitizen voters comes to about $6,326 per sign up.
At that price, let’s hope they vote.

The basic 'tone deafness' is staggering, isn't it? After spending every waking moment preaching that "Da Evil ReThuglicans will sic the ICE on dem" they then expect them to queue up and provide their name and street address to the State,...!?! Laughable, really.
