#2 The new laws make 'tunnelling' illegal, meaning protestors who build tunnels at HS2 construction sites including the one outside Euston Station could now be jailed for up to three years.

What? Don't they have Zoning, inspection, construction and OSHA requirements that this people are ignoring making these 'tunnels' illegal for a whole basket of regulations? Oh, right, we need a "new law", gotcha.
