#3 Always been the plan. Americans are too independent and aren't going along too well with the forced socialism and complete subservience to the government.

So they are importing people that will do that as fast as they can to outnumber those Americans that escaped the public indoctrination program.

#5 Iff Moscow was worried about Mexico + Canada + Greenland under any alleged "US-led" OWG NAU, they wouldn't be mulling + negotiating wid NICARAGUA to provide Mil Security for the future China-built Nicaragua Canal.

OTOH ABOVE = just another reason for the US to dredge + convert the RIO GRANDE into a Canal.
