[NYPOST] A Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, district administrator involved in overseeing curriculum, Samia Shoman, called for "privileged White voices" to be removed from influencing against a far-left ethnic studies curriculum.
Shoman oversees curriculum in the San Mateo Union High School district as manager of English Learners and Academic Support Programs. The email was dated March 2021 and was obtained via public record request by Zachor Legal.
Shoman contacted the California State superintendent, Tony Thurmond, in March 2021. Shoman blasted "white voices" and said they should have no part in influencing the curriculum.
"We urge the [state board of education] not to give in to the pressures and influences of political lobbyists, racist & privileged white voices, and individuals," she said.
Another issue Shoman took up with the proposed ethnic studies curriculum was the idea of "multiple perspectives."
"The proposed revisions privileges terms like ’multiple perspectives’, ’diversity’, ’all students’ and ’broad range of groups’ undermining the primary focus on the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, people of color) communities that compose over 80 percent of California’s student population."
Shoman went on to call for a more extreme version of the proposed Black Lives Matter curriculum lesson.
At least 75 prosecutors backed by billionaire George Soros have been elected
Soros has donated at least $40million to electing woke DAs over the years
The billionaire's DAs have stripped bail and theft laws, leading to crime spikes
Over the years Soros has thrown millions behind liberal DAs - either with outright donations or funneled through political action committees - effectively buying elections and leading to the installment of at least 75 prosecutors who support his leftist agenda.
Soros has spent at least $40million on the project, wrote Matt Palumbo, author of The Man Behind the Curtain: Inside the Secret Network of George Soros, in the New York Post - a minuscule sum for a man worth at least $32billion.
The billionaire's DAs have stripped away bail laws and opted to forgo prosecuting crimes like theft and reckless driving, effectively giving criminals a free pass and leading to the breakdown of law and order across the United States.
As a direct result, crime has skyrocketed in major cities overseen by Soros's DAs. In 2021 under Kim Foxx's reign, Chicago had the most murders it's seen since 1994. And in Philadelphia, drug use and violent crime has seen a surge since Larry Krasner took office.
Soros, a Hungarian-born businessman, has long backed liberal politics. In the 2000s he was an outspoken opponent of President George W. Bush and donated millions to hinder his reelection, and later donated heavily to the presidential campaigns of Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton.
THE MOST NOTORIOUS DAs:
Kim Foxx: Lenient on gun violent and shoplifting in Chicago/Cooks County, IL
Larry Krasner: Lax arrests despite hundreds of murders in Philly
Alvin Bragg: Reduced armed robbery penalties in NYC
Kim Gardner: Murders reach 50-year high in St. Louis
George Gascón: Los Angeles' woke DA
Joe Gonzales: Homicides spike 50 percent in Bexar County, Texas,
José Garza: Vowed to stop 'over-prosecution' in Travis County, Texas
John Creuzot: Allows robbery 'for necessity' in Dallas County, Texas
Steve Descano: Rescinded cash bails for crimes in Fairfax County, Virginia
Teenagers who battered Fox News weatherman are released without charges
Twitter users left furious, with one asking 'how can anyone feel safe in the city?'
Handling of the case adds to criticism of 'woke' Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg
Klotz was left with a black eye and bruised ribs because he intercepted a group of teenagers on the subway at around 1.15am on Sunday after they were reportedly trying to set an older man's hair on fire.
A Twitter user added: 'Fox News weatherman Adam Klotz was badly beaten & stomped by 7 or 8 juveniles on an NYC subway train.
'3 of the suspects were arrested but were released with NO CHARGES because they were juveniles. NY is not safe & nothing is being done about it.'
It comes after Bragg came under fire just last week for offering a plea deal to a man accused of an anti-Semitic attack who said he 'would do it again'.
Bragg was elected as Manhattan's DA in November 2021 and led with the soft-on-crime approach of using prison as a last resort.
He campaigned on the promise of criminal justice reform and issued a controversial 'Day One' memo after assuming office that said he would only seek prison time in the most severe cases.
That same month Bragg took office, career criminal William Rolon, who faced only misdemeanor charges for threatening a store worker with a knife, was told by a judge that he should 'feel lucky' because of Bragg's new policies.
The DA's sweeping changes called on prosecutors to ditch felony armed robbery charges and instead charge suspects with petty larceny - a misdemeanor which carries a maximum of one year in prison - even when a weapon is involved if the firearm did not 'create a genuine risk of physical harm.

The price to counteract Soros DA campaign is equivalent to a yearly contract for an All-Star shortstop or pitcher. Based on the condition of our law schools, I don’t know that the right number of competent candidates could be found to challenge George’s slate of city destructors. I am also not sure that Dem machine’s won’t still get the George candidates across the finish line in many cities.

Prosecutors are the only lawyers (besides judges) who are not on a billable hour basis. How could they not love any scheme to reduce their workload?

Sounds like the plaintiffs are asking to restrict anyone they like in the name of their own 'free speech'. IOW, 'free speech' lets me restrict anyone else's free speech.
What does Elon Musk say about that?

If the info is accurate, arrivals of impeachment ought to be prepared. The Senate will likely not take him out but there is enough evidence coming in to support a monthly remove Joe vote in the Senate from now until the 2024 election.

[Gateway] The documents discovered at Biden’s private office and home are related to Ukraine, Iran, China and the United Kingdom.
According to emails uncovered from the "Laptop from Hell," Hunter Biden sent his business partner Devon Archer a very detailed email on Ukraine on April 13, 2014 — just one week before Joe Biden visited Ukraine to meet with then-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
It appears Hunter Biden was emailing Devon Archer information he received from a briefing from his father Joe Biden or directly from top-secret documents.
"A curiously well-informed email about Ukraine, Russia and the UK on Hunter Biden’s laptop is a thread that links the President’s classified documents scandal to the Delaware federal investigation into his son’s foreign business dealings." — the New York Post’s Miranda Devine wrote.

I enjoy watching the Bidens squirm as this scandal unfolds but, here again, I'm extremely skeptical about the reasons for these documents being classified. I have this nagging suspicion that it's all a load of kompromat that really should be exposed for the whole world to see.

Via Newsweak: "Archer and the younger Biden were managing partners at Rosemont Seneca Partners. Archer was also co-founder of private-equity firm Rosemont Capital with Christopher Heinz, his college roommate at Yale University. He had served as senior adviser to Heinz's stepfather, Democratic Senator John Kerry Kerry, during his 2004 presidential bid."
My guess is he (big guy) had someone or ....a cell of someones at State, Langley, or DoD specifically detailed to provide him (big guy) any document even remotely associated with Hunter's foreign dealings.
I suspect the document transfers were couriered to the Delaware residence. A weekly 'drop' at the residence is very likely. WTF....It's what I would do.

Hildabeest had staff strip and/or transcriber classification markings so the document could be claimed as UNCLASS by her. My guess, is Jojo et al used burner phones and JPEG files, as well as surreptitious stand-alone copiers for their crimes. So the Docs are copies, and the SCIF Classified Doc Custodian had clean accountability/destruction records, thus no end-or-term searches. What I found shocking was Hunter had apparently been given total, unmonitored access to the Oval Office, thus being able to see even the PDB if Daddy kept in on the desk!
[NYPOST] The Justice Department is considering additional searches for classified documents at other locations connected to President Biden — as the commander-in-chief escaped to his Rehoboth Beach house over the weekend, according to a report.
On Friday, federal agents found more classified materials stashed away at the 80-year-old president’s Wilmington, Del. home — including some dating back to his time as a senator.
Now, DOJ officials are considering extending the search for the sensitive documents to other places, CBS reported on Saturday, citing a source familiar with the investigation.
One of those sites would likely include the president’s home in Rehoboth Beach, Del., which is roughly 90 miles away from the Wilmington residence.
