If it were the 1960-2000, I'd would say have the State of MO. AG, or the US DOJ AG investigate the claims. But both are likely doing the same based on Political agendas.

Which is likely another reason the DC Swamp is pushing LEFT vs. USA.

#4 I notice in the 2020 Census results that the city of St. Louis has dipped below 300,000 population. Down from a high of 850,000 in 1950. Look for even further and steeper declines by 2030.

#5 All politics aside, I can't overstate the degree of professional incompetence shown here. A big part of litigation practice is managing dates and deadlines, and the responsibility for that falls not only on the individual lawyer but also on the law firm. Not showing up for a hearing in a small civil dispute might well be a firing offense in the absence of a really good excuse, such as getting hit by a truck on your way to the courthouse. Not showing up for multiple hearings on a murder case boggles the mind. It would be even better to show up well prepared to argue the motion, but let's stick to basics: Get your butt to the courthouse on time.
