[IsraelTimes] The US Supreme Court agrees to hear Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... ’s claim that as a former president he enjoys immunity from criminal prosecution, as the 2024 White House candidate faces dozens of state and federal charges.
The court schedules arguments in the high-stakes case for the week of April 22 and says Trump’s trial on charges of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election will remain on hold for now.
Trump had been scheduled to go on trial for election interference on March 4 but the proceedings have been frozen as his presidential immunity claim wound its way through the courts.
The Supreme Court says it will address the question of "whether and if so to what extent does a former president enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office."
It will be among the most consequential election law cases to reach the court since it halted the Florida vote recount in 2000 with Republican George W. Bush narrowly leading Democrat Al Gore ...Former Vice President, Nobel Prize winner, Global Warming prophet and speculator, and crazed sex poodle Al Gore... A three-judge appeals court panel ruled earlier this month that the 77-year-old Trump has no immunity from prosecution as a former president.
[Wire] White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed on Wednesday that President Joe Biden does not need to take a cognitive test because Biden "passes a cognitive test every day" by being president.
White House Dr. Kevin O’Connor claimed in a memo that there were "no new concerns" identified during the course of the exam from the last time that Biden was examined in 2023. "no new concerns" = "POTATUS ain't getting better"
Biden was not given a cognitive test during his exam despite recent polling showing the overwhelming majority of Americans having serious concerns about Biden’s ability to serve as president because of issues related to his mental fitness.
"The president doesn’t need a cognitive test," Jean-Pierre said. "That is not my assessment. That is not my assessment. That is the assessment of the president’s doctor. That is also the assessment of the neurologist who has also made that assessment as well."
O’Connor’s memo makes no mention of any medical professionals saying that Biden does not need to take a cognitive exam.

I began to suspect that POTUS is just a figurehead during Obama presidency. I became convinced when I saw how Trump was, almost effortlessly, sabotaged by the bureaucracy. Biden comes as no surprise.

So the left screamed every day about Trumps cognitive health. And when he agreed to and took one they said it was rigged. Now this. They dont even try to hide their hypocracy...

Question #2. Why is it the left uses black women to do the work of lying and being martyrs for their cause. This KJP is saying crap she knows to be lies, things she would never accept from her kids a truth. The world id mocking her. The Trump prosecutors are mostly black women and will go down in history as stooges of the left, except for Jack Smith who's primary residence is not in the US...

I suspect that they put him through the memory of three random words throughout a conversation test, but they probably use the same three words everyday so he can pass. The words are ice cream, showers and blow.
Yes I know ice cream is two words. We’re talking about the Biden Administration. They are the epitome of a soup sandwich.

I get a cognitive exam every wellness visit. Last time, they changed the old "count backwards from 100 by sevens" to something like, "What's 4 + 34 + 56 + 2?" The doc had to go out and check with the staff to see if I got it right. I had.
[BBC] A judge in Illinois ruled that Donald Trump engaged in insurrection and has barred him from the state's primary ballot - though she put the ruling on hold pending an appeal. Absolutely shocking !
Two other states - Colorado and Maine - have removed Mr Trump from their primary ballots for violating a 14th Amendment "insurrection" clause.
The final outcome will likely be decided by the US Supreme Court.
Illinois' primary election is scheduled for 19 March.
Early voting in the primary has already begun. Mr Trump - the front-runner Republican presidential candidate - will remain on the ballot until at least Friday while he has time to appeal against the order.
Cook county circuit judge Tracie Porter agreed with voters who argued Mr Trump had violated the US constitution's 14th Amendment because of his role in the 6 January Capitol riot.
It comes after Colorado's Supreme Court barred Mr Trump from appearing on the Republican primary ballot in December, arguing Mr Trump's actions during the 2021 Capitol riot amounted to insurrection.

It's strange how "saving our democracy" involves engaging in election interference. Single judge ruling someone is guilty without any trial. Hmm, what could be the motivation?

Porter grew up in the Englewood community of Chicago, according to her page on the Cook County Democratic Party website. [Get the picture?] She received a bachelor's degree from Cornell College then studied at Drake University Law School for her Juris Doctorate degree.

The article doesn’t even mention a court case for her ruling. It is like she has just cast her own vote that outweighs every other potential Illinois voter. Is her middle name Saddam or Fidel?

... though she put the ruling on hold pending an appeal.
That is the tell for judicial virtue signalling. She knows that when it all plays out, nothing will change, but in the meantime, she got to give that big poopy-head Donald Trump a piece of her mind. Neener neener neener!
Question: Will the grownups ever be in charge again?

Organizations in our government have meddled and controlled elections around the globe for decades. These agencies seem to have turned their focus in internal US elections, or at the very least someone has gotten their playbook. While it is against US law, bla bla bla, it seems the playbooks for this are being used. Looking at it objectively from that perspective it looks to be more than just a theory.
In 2016 all the usual team member, US and British intel agencies worked together to stir up the old Russian devil and tied the political candidate to our oldest enemy. McCain initiated it with the contractor, cut out for these agencies, and got the ball rolling. Our government was all in. When it came back too wild to believe and McCain realizing it would do no help for him he abandoned it. Hillary the ever loving woman picked it up and ran. The useful rubes at the FBI ran along in step hoping to not be outdone by the others, as they do.
When Trump won they had to double down to plan B and use a known fabricated document to discredit him. This plan work in derailing the presidents agenda for America. Not the perfect outcome, but acceptable when worked in conjunction with their information management process with the press, I.E. fake press releases, operation mockingbird etc... When he weathered that and looked to be winning heading into 2020 they did what they do best in other countries, outright fraud. Agencies have boasted they can get a vegetable elected if they can control it. And that they did. They had a drooling candidate that cant speak, a bar whore who used sex to further her career and just kept them locked up so they would not say something stupid. Then on to stuffing ballot boxes, fixing machines, and more disinformation. Biden had more voters in some areas than were registered to vote, and on and on.
But that did not seem to dismay Americans, they slimed the legal system and tried to make him a criminal. And here we are. Trump is leading in the polls for 2024. I only wonder what is next in their playbook? Some deranged right winged Christian taking a shot? A militia crazy with poison? More false flags like J6? What is next in their playbook for someone the people love that they cant control...

If a judge's ruling can be proven to be not just wrong but willfully wrong and politically motivated or motivated by personal reasons that would ordinarily be cause for recusal, that should be unlawful and the judge should be liable for criminal prosecution.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] New York Mayor Eric Adams has called for a radical overhaul of its sanctuary city status in a spectacular u-turn as the city buckles under the weight of migrant arrivals.
The Democrat leader has faced a furious backlash as schools, hotels and community centers have been turned over to the 180,000 migrants who he has warned will 'destroy' the city.
He has been a staunch defender of its decades-old sanctuary status which forbids city officials from asking questions about a person's immigration status, or revealing it to federal authorities.
But he revealed his change of heart after furious residents grilled him about migrant crimes including January's brutal Times Square attack on two cops that saw most of the suspects freed on bail within hours of their arrests.
'We need to modify the sanctuary city law that if you commit a felony or violent act we should be able to turn you over to ICE and have you deported,' he told a town hall meeting on Monday night.
More than 560 cities, states and counties have declared themselves sanctuaries since the early 1980s and New York adopted the status under former Democrat Mayor Ed Koch.
But sanctuary cities have been a favorite target of governors on the southern border who have bussed thousands of migrants north to them as the migration crisis has gathered steam.
Police in the city are not allowed to arrest anyone because they are an illegal immigrant and the city will not co-operate with an investigation by immigration authorities unless ordered to by a court.
Adams insisted 'We should protect our immigrants. Period.' when running for office in October 2021, adding: 'New York City will remain a sanctuary city under an Adams administration.'
As recently as last month he was defending the status after it was attacked by Nikki Haley for encouraging illegal migration during a Republican primary debate.
'This has nothing to do with sanctuary cities, migrants and asylum seekers are paroled into the country, they're here legally,' he told Fox News.
But the city expects to have spent $10.6 billion by the end of 2025 and announced a budget in December that would cut the number of NYPD officers by a fifth and the education cut by $1 billion hit over two years.

It was easy to declare your state or city a sanctuary when the border was thousands of miles away and it was going to be a problem for the hicks along the southern border.
It was all fun and games until those hicks started shipping those "dreamers" north. NOW, it's a serious problem and Mayors like Adam's are crying uncle.

The immigrants don’t care about whether the city is a sanctuary. If you recipe the sanctuary status and don’t jail anyone and hand out free stuff, they won’t leave and more will come.

About 100k work for the USDA. Of those, about 30k work for the Forest Service.
I think the whistleblower is only talking about the HQ in Washington DC.
Unfortunately, the problem here is the laws that have been passed by Congress. For example we still have Mohair subsidies, we have massive subsidies to help farmers grow sugar beets in North Dakota and Minnesota. Each of these requires employees to keep track of acreage, review applications, etc.
