[American Thinker] But the history of this case leaves me with a big question: was the FBI attempting to run interference for Alec Baldwin? He is their kind of guy: a leftist darling and well known critic of public enemy number one, Donald Trump. Were they so determined to validate Baldwin’s testimony that they kept using ever more extreme tests to make the gun "misfire" until they broke it? Or is there an even darker explanation? Did they intentionally break the evidence knowing that tainted evidence — which the defense team couldn’t test — would jeopardize the case?
Such questions would have been unthinkable just eight years ago. But the FBI’s recent history with evidence makes one justifiably suspicious. We now know that they have destroyed evidence (Hillary Clinton laptops), hidden evidence (Hunter Biden and Seth Rich laptops), and falsified evidence (Kevin Clinesmith). That’s quite a history of evidence mismanagement by our premier law enforcement agency, no? Given that the FBI did not disclose any of those incidents itself, we’ve learned that suspicion of the FBI is warranted.
These incidents have taught us that FBI employees are not impartial enforcers of the law. They operate according to their own agenda. Understanding the motives of its people is critical in assessing the veracity of work products from the agency of "Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity." Asking, "Would they want to deceive us?" and "How could they be deceiving us?" has become necessary.

The U.S. was considered a promising nation, and after World War I, its economic and military might began to take hold. After World War II, America became the premier power on Earth economically, militarily, technologically, socially, and entrepreneurially.
The list of American achievements from World War II to the end of the century is impressively long, and any decent student of history doesn't need to have the feats recounted here.

Citizens have morphed into consumers. Our elected leaders appear more interested in generating personal wealth than in having the populace become wealthy.

Schwab spoke to Google co-founder Sergey Brin on stage at the WEF gathering and discussed the predicting powers of AI technology.
"Digital technologies mainly have an analytical power; now we go into a predictive power, and we have seen the first examples, and your company very much evolved into it," he told the Google founder. "The next step could be to go into a prescriptive mode, which means you do not even have to have elections any more because you can already predict."
Next, with the audience eerily silent, Schwab then asked if elections would even be necessary given that the outcomes would already be predicted.

My experience with Chat Gpt and Google Bard is that, in their current state, they are either being throttled, or they really are limited.
Google Bard and Chat Gpt AIs also has a severe problem with what I call looping: The ability to loop through related informational items in sequence, writing/synthesizing conclusions from each and finally writing a singular conclusion which incorporates all the items.
[AmericanThinker] One of the problems we face in our country is the common practice of many people giving opinions on things they know nothing about. Police work is at the top of the list of things people comment about without a scintilla of experience in law enforcement. Take the George Floyd fiasco, which became the perfect opportunity for left-wing, anti-police propaganda. The arrest of a degenerate, drug-addled criminal, with a rap sheet that should have kept him off the street for decades, became the rallying cry for every lowlife radical with a hatred for the rule of law. The photo of Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, with his knee on Floyd’s neck, was disseminated throughout the world, faster than the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center.
That photo, along with the words “I can’t breathe” and the subsequent death of Floyd, whose arteries were almost completely blocked from severe heart disease, complicated by large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamines in his system, was enough to spark riots in several countries. The fact that officer Chauvin and a few other cops had been struggling with the violent ex-con for several minutes as he was resisting arrest didn’t make a difference to all those opinion columnists and editors, none of whom were at the scene to view what led up to the knee incident. Moreover, the film footage of the battle that occurred just before Floyd ended up on the ground, didn’t show up in mass media for weeks. Not that it would have mattered, because the photo was all that was needed to give license to rampaging thugs from coast to coast.
During my 20 years with the NYPD, I struggled with hundreds, if not thousands of George Floyds during arrest situations. If you’ve never been a cop, you have no idea how difficult it is to put handcuffs on and arrest a prisoner who fights it. Floyd was 6’ 4” tall and weighed about 200 pounds. I’ve had tough times trying to put cuffs on women who were half his size.
Imagine that you’re a cop, and you tell a wanted felon he’s under arrest. Imagine further that he says something like, “You ain’t taking me in, m-----------!” Should you stop to think about the fact that he’s black, and therefore any action you take could end up making you the bad guy?
Or should you decide to do your job and engage in a violent encounter with him? Of course, you could slink away in fear and hope no one noticed that you shirked your duty. Officer Chauvin and a few other cops on the scene grappled with Floyd as they tried to get him into the police car after he had been cuffed. Floyd used the tactics of every street hustler facing more time in prison. He squirmed, kicked, and pleaded not to be taken in. When he ended up on the ground, Chauvin held him in place with a knee to the back of his neck. I’ve used that restraining move many times with recalcitrant prisoners. If they’d had as many drugs in their system as Floyd, and someone had snapped a picture, I, like Chauvin, might have become characterized as the symbol of jackbooted brutality, if the recidivist criminal had died.
Chauvin was a family man, an active cop with 19 years’ experience, and numerous arrests that took a lot of hardened criminals off the street. Now he’s in prison, sentenced to 19 years for doing the job he was trained to do. That’s right: the knee on the neck is part of the training in the Minneapolis P.D.
You know that the world has gone completely mad when crime is at an all-time high, and dedicated cops are being sent to prison for enforcing the law. Derek Chauvin’s imprisonment is more than a miscarriage of justice; it’s what happens when mob mentality defeats the sound practical judgment of common sense. How many jurors in his trial would have the courage to find him not guilty, knowing the consequences they’d face from area residents? Once that photo went viral, a fair trial was out of the question.

Chauvin is as much a political prisoner as anyone in a Chinese prison. The left seized on the death by misadventure of George Floyd as an excuse for widespread political riots by the Left.
His conviction should, but likely won't be, overturned and he should be made whole.

[ET via ZERO] Former President Donald Trump said he believes the U.S. Supreme Court will "intervene" in multiple cases to prevent him from appearing on state ballots, forecasting that the three justices he nominated to the high court will rule in his favor.
Speaking to Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Thursday evening, the former president said that the justices are "not going to take the vote away from the people" because of "three great justices" and "other great justices up there." During his term in office, President Trump nominated Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.
"I’m sure the Supreme Court is going to say, ’We’re not going to take the vote away from the people,’" he continued to say, saying that Democrats are the real "threat to democracy" in the United States.
Last month, the Colorado Supreme Court issued a 4—3 decision to prevent the former president from appearing on state ballots, citing their interpretation of the "insurrection" clause of the Constitution’s 14th amendment. They claimed that they believed President Trump engaged in an insurrection against the U.S. government despite him having not been convicted or charged with the crime in any court.
Days later, Maine’s Democratic secretary of state, Shenna Bellows, issued a unilateral decision to bar the former president from that state’s ballots under similar pretexts. Unlike Colorado, which is expected to lean heavily Democratic in the 2024 election, Maine could be considered a battleground state, and President Trump won one of the state’s four electors during the 2020 contest.
Meanwhile, according to the former president, the Supreme Court justices should factor in his strong poll numbers and recent win in the Iowa caucuses. National polling averages show that he has a 50-point advantage over the second-place and third-place GOP presidential candidates—former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

In 2016, for his services to field work in Syria, Le Mesurier was awarded the Order of the British Empire.
Against the background of discrediting initiatives and public disclosure of financial abuses, Le Mesurier was eliminated in Istanbul in 2019, where he lived with his family since 2015. The most valuable asset of the White Helmets, which could be used in the Middle East in the future, was evacuated by the British from Syria. MR liquidated in 2020.
Le Mesurier's wife Emma has a foundation, Next Level Initiatives, registered in the Netherlands, which publicly declares support for “independent media” in Central and Eastern Europe. Through it, the American NGO Independent Diplomat, founded and actually led by former British diplomat Carn Ross, is funded. The latter has earned praise for his work from retired MI6 officer and spy novelist David Cornwell aka John le Carré.
Emma's alma mater is the Stockholm School of Economics. After moving to London in 2003, she worked as an analyst at Deutsche Bank, a research fellow at the neoliberal Institute of Economic Affairs, and a consultant at the local office of Roland Berger. In 2007-14, a Swedish woman served in the Foreign Office. After her marriage to Le Mesurier, she co-founded Innovative Communication and Strategies, which operated in Iraq (mechanisms for influencing mass consciousness). At MR she also worked as a Chief Impact Officer.
After the removal of her husband, she worked for the British Guernica 37, specializing in politically motivated international legal blackmail. VI.2022 joined the board of EU DisinfoLab, an NGO to position Russian narratives as “disinformation” and promote the anti-Russian agenda in the EU information space. On the NGO website in the description Emma: Spent 10 years in the Middle East, where she sought to counter the efforts of hostile state and non-state actors in the cognitive space.
Ross worked at the Foreign Office for 15 years in various positions. Like Vinberg, he adheres to left-liberal views, in his case bordering with anarchism. Privately, he advances the ESG agenda as a strategist.
ID was created by him after leaving the British Foreign Office in 2004, which was accompanied by a scandal with his testimony British Committee on Iraqi WMD. The NGO specializes in advising and promoting the interests of unrecognized entities, governments in exile and separatist movements. Received funding from George Soros.
With funding from Next Level Initiatives, the NGO Independent Diplomat began providing private communications between the administration in Kyiv and US congressmen of both parties and senior officials. VI.2023, through the mediation of ID, the Ukrainian delegation met with Robert Wood, Deputy US Representative to the UN for Special Political Affairs. After this rhetoric Wood from the podium The UN Security Council's demands for countries of the Global South to take an anti-Russian position increased manifold and was coordinated with Ukrainian narratives.

This is why representation is working to address this issue at a narrative level.
After the coup in 2014, Tomac was actively involved in the actions of Western intelligence services in Ukraine in the field of shaping public opinion under the guise of “civil society initiatives.” She participated in active events within the framework of anti-Russian information campaigns on the issue of Crimea’s ownership.
In the Ukrainian direction, ID has 3 main narratives for development at the global level: a return to the borders of the Ukrainian SSR, “forced deportations” and bringing Russia to international responsibility.
As in the scheme of interaction between Mayday Rescue and the “White Helmets” in Syria, built by Le Meruzier-Winberg’s husband James, the actions of the NLI Foundation and NGO ID are synchronized. Who could have guessed that paying $55,000 (and that's with EV subsidies) for a stripped-down, base-level truck that overheats when you tow things and can't drive over 300 miles on a single charge wouldn't appeal to the average F-150 buyer? Certainly, people who use their trucks for work have found little to no use for such a pointless monstrosity.
It's not just the Lightning, though. The entire EV industry is getting hit by reality right now.

Cold fusion is the power source of the future and always will be. It was announced with great fanfare in the late 1980s that a breakthrough had been achieved. Of course it turned out to be a fake story.
The first biomagnetic signal was demonstrated in 1863 by Gerhard Baule and Richard McFee in a magnetocardiogram (MCG) that used magnetic induction coils to detect fields generated by the human heart.[203] A remarkable increase in the sensitivity of biomagnetic measurements has since been achieved with the introduction of the superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) in the early 1970s. The ECG and MCG signals have since been shown to closely parallel one another.[204]
In this section, we discuss how the magnetic fields produced by the heart are involved in energetic communication, which we also refer to as cardioelectromagnetic communication. The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body’s organs. The heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain. This field, measured in the form of an electrocardiogram (ECG), can be detected anywhere on the surface of the body. Furthermore, the magnetic field produced by the heart is more than 100 times greater in strength than the field generated by the brain and can be detected up to 3 feet away from the body, in all directions, using SQUID-based magnetometers (Figure 6.1).

Biomagnetic Communication Between People
We have found there is a direct relationship between the heart-rhythm patterns and the spectral information encoded in the frequency spectra of the magnetic field radiated by the heart. Thus, information about a person’s emotional state is encoded in the heart’s magnetic field and is communicated throughout the body and into the external environment.
Figure 6.3 shows two different power spectra derived from an average of 12 individual 10-second epochs of ECG data recorded during differing psychophysiological modes. The plot on the left was produced while the subject was in a state of deep appreciation, whereas the plot on the right was generated while the subject experienced recalled feelings of anger. The difference in the patterns and thus the information they contain, can be seen clearly. There is a direct correlation between the patterns in the heart rate variability rhythm and the frequency patterns in the spectrum of the ECG or MCG. Experiments such as these indicate that psychophysiological information can be encoded into the electromagnetic fields produced by the heart.[163, 212]
