Bubblehead appointed as deputy chief of staff Russian Northern Fleet

[FunctionMilRu] Northern Fleet Commander Admiral Alexander Moiseev introduced to his subordinates his new First Deputy Chief of the Fleet Staff Rear Admiral Konstantin Kabantsov, who took up his duties on November 6.
As the commander of the fleet noted, the new chief of staff is well known to the officers of the Northern Fleet. He spent most of his service in the submarine forces from the commander of the group of the navigational warhead of a nuclear submarine to the deputy commander of the formation.
Rear Admiral Konstantin Petrovich Kabantsov commanded the White Sea naval base of the Northern Fleet and the Primorskaya Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet. He was appointed Chief of Staff of the Northern Fleet by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation on October 1, 2021.
During his military service, Rear Admiral Konstantin Kabantsov graduated from the N.G. Kuznetsov, Military Academy of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces. He was awarded the Order for Military Merit, the Nakhimov Medal and other state and departmental awards.
The predecessor of Rear Admiral Konstantin Kabantsov, Rear Admiral Vladimir Vorobyov, was appointed Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces and departed for a new duty.
