Since any human is physically & genetically what they are, NOT what they wish, want and or think.

Then just require them:
* to pass a mental test,
* pass a background check for a clearance,
* dress and wear an assigned uniform,
* pass all 365/200 and annual PT tests,
* and be placed in proper troop quarters.
All according to their physical genitalia and XY or XX Chromosome.
