The Beef, Swine, EGG and Fish Prices 4+/- X since 2021. All thanks to the Liberals and Democrats that stole power in 2021.

A dozen at Lidl's is usually 20 to 40 cents lower on the cost per dz.

Strangely, although, EGG prices are way up.
SAM's & Wally World are still selling $4.95/ $6.95 fresh fully cooked hot chickens ??????

#3 The roast chickens are priced to be a loss leader, NN2N1, to get you in the door. Costco does the same.

Loss-leaders or not.
I am sure the 10,000+ cooked birds sold each week, by just SAM's nationwide, were not all roosters ☺ and many could be producing more eggs.

#5 Roasters and egg layers are different birds entirely. Roasters mature meat wise in 8-10 weeks and are slaughtered. Egg layers have much less meat and start laying at six months.

#6 The link at #1 says hens could have a bird flu vaccine added to several others they routinely take, but the Feds won't allow it.

Ironic, eh? Maybe that vax is not from Big Pharma?
