Does Article 3 prevent the forced housing of illegal immigrants in private residencies?

Can one argue that soldier is one under the employment of a government? The illegal immigrant is given special legal rights unavailable to the US Citizen and is receiving pay and benefits in a determined time period. I say yes, you have a government employee to billet in a private residence in violation of Article 3.

What is a monitoring device? In short, it is the extension of one's senses. A camera, for example, allows a person to see remote locations. A thermostat monitor allows a person to feel an atmosphere.

So if crazy eyes is like, step 1 we aren't going for your guns but you must let our agent enter your home, inspect your storage area, and install a device which monitors when the storage area is accessed ~~and can lock remotely surprise!~~, is that posting a government employee in a private residence?
