#2 After Trump wins, he needs to have everyone involved in this investigation rounded up and sent to Gitmo and from there to parts in a 'stan to be never heard from again.

Also day 1, the US Marshals raid and seize everything at FBI HQ and from the homes of it's upper staff.

Then hire a bunch of a red state prosecutors and tell them for every FBI and CIA conviction, they get a $250,000 bonus.
