Of course, Biden could Amnesty all the ILLEGALS and given them citizenship and the right to vote for Christmas.

Then the estimated 8 million 18+ y/o new voters might help the LSD's in 2024.

#2 Can do amnesty but can't give citizenship without throwing out the Constitution. Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4, also allows the Congress to create law regarding naturalization, which includes citizenship. All it takes then is a few state to similarly declare that the compact in thus rendered null and void due to such and act.

Of course if any Trunk ever got to the position again, they could grant amnesty to all living Americans for the 'crime' of slavery that ended over 150 years ago. Race hustlers hit hardest.

#4 ...no that's a Constitutional amendment, Senators are banned from the presidency, vice-presidency, or chain of succession. Make a choice. The Senate as the original convention and the base Constitution was to represent the states (not major urban areas). The House was to represent the people. Look carefully at the ratification. It required the states to ratify not the people.
