Two cheers for Her Honor. Let me explain.

I've said for years that public policy - allowing continued tobacco sales while demonizing and increasingly taxing it - is about as hypocritical as one can get. If it was truly as great a threat to public health as we are repeatedly told, then the only possible and reasonable action is to ban it.

Her Honor may be a fascistic, domineering, lunatic scold with delusions of Godhood...but she's at least following the only logical path to solve the issue.

Please pass the popcorn.

Leave a war,
Boon economy,
Pandemic, Pandemic ends,
Stock market crashing
Bank deposit runs, and closures,
Massive Inflation,
Large numbers of homeless, and unemployed,
Ban a commonly consumed item (alcohol),
Create a Black Market , and crime syndicates for the item,
Create Government socialist services.
Create a "Temporary" Federal Tax on items/income.
etc.. etc.. etc...
