#4 Ohio small town life is nice, but it is also pretty generic. I would move 100 miles, start over and get in on the lawsuits. Whatever you liked about East Palestine is dead. Tie your stuff down Grapes of Wrath style and drive the UHaul load to Bucyrus, Wadsworth or Mantua. Just don’t go downriver into the kill zone.
