#5 I saw somewhere that Switzerland was a battleground selection for Spy vs. Spy, and dirty deeds got a pass so long as it looked natural and didn't upset the locals.

After the Minsk agreements sham the Wests credibility is gone. It will be on Russia's terms as the Red line has been crossed. The West and Soros desperately need the cash cow alive and well sending money. Everything and anything will be done to make that happen. So any compromise will be considered by Biden's West. They want to move on to China for next episode. Stay tuned.

China is currently destroying itself with its Covid management and industrial corruption. Better off leaving it alone for a while. The weapons that Taiwan needs are different than what Ukraine needs.

It did not seem to get any play in US media, but around 7-Dec, Frau Merkel gave an interview with a German newspaper where she outright admitted that there was no intention of living up the Mink agreement and the only purpose was to buy time for Ukraine to build up. Seems a bit on the duplicitous side, but we are playing the Great Game, right?

The problem now is the Russians are not going to buy into any negotiated settlement. They will quit when they have a secure defensive position against NATO. I'm guessing the means Ukraine east of the Dieper river.
