#1 There is a maximum fire rate before the barrel starts overheating and suffers excessive erosion damage hence the 'sustained fire rate'. With modern counterbattery technology there is a natural urge to 'fire LOTS fire QUICK' and then relocate. So what the Ukrainians are doing is predictable.

I did that for multiple repairs to the washer and dryer, replacing tub faucets, etc. Best resource on the web. My wife's friends say, "Oh you are so lucky to have such a handy husband!" If only they knew it was monkey see, monkey do.

DarthVader, if one hasn’t a gift for it, all the watching in the world won’t help. Ditto for financial stuff. I enjoy watching the videos, as in the past I enjoyed reading the Wall Street Journal, etc. and Do-It-Yourself books, but for me none of that translates into real world ability. I, too, am grateful to have a handy husband, while my father appreciated having a handy wife — my sister inherited the knack from her, and worked for some years doing small engine repair at a tool rental shop. (Contrary to popular belief, handiness is absolutely not s3x linked.)
