Human procreation is harmful to the ecosystem and planet. By design, marriage encourages procreation. Same sex relationships are the key to population control and a Greener planet. Exemptions can be made for royalty, the oligarchy, and political elite.

Until 'modern medical science' is able to activate thyroid hormone within the mediobasal hypothalamus to create a government approved and regulated Human Breeding Season (human rut), anti-procreation measures must continue.

Barriers, birth control meds, illicit drug activity and voluntary compliance are little more than stopgap measures. Medical science is the ultimate answer.

Why not just offer a certain segment of the population free (forced) sterilization. Like National Socialist countries, CCP and Nazi Germany, and others have done.

Rule of Thumb:A voluntary Toe in the door, usually grows to demands.
