#3 Russian ex-President Dmitry Medvedev has warned they will be targeted

So, bluster it is then.

#4 ^ Bluster or foreshadowing.
Russia will continue to work the Ukrainian power transmission system. Any decent airstrike has an SEAD component. If there are Patriot batteries in the way, they will be targeted.

Ukraine does not operate the Patriot, so NATO will also need to send trainers, 'advisors' and maybe even operators as well as the hardware. Dead NATO soldiers could make thing complicated.

NATO won't send anyone. They will be trained in Poland, Lithuania and England just like the others and operate the Patriot themselves. But any Patriot system in Ukraine is fair game for Russian strikes.

#6 Only 2 dozen, just 24 planes, my imagination was left disappointed. No reported sorties yet.

#7 Do you seriously believe believe Zelensky's boys are operating all those advanced weapons systems by themselves?

#8 NATO won't send anyone. They will be trained in Poland...

That would be the sensible thing. But I have heard tales of NATO trainers being in-country before the war and possibly operating (or supervising) some of the fancier stuff currently.

"When you say "Poland", do you mean Poland Poland or those 3 provinces next door in Ukraine?", he asked mischievously.

They were. NATO trainers worked with and trained Ukrainian units. Trump ended the program around 2019-2020.

And when I say Poland I mean Poland-Poland. There really isn't a reason for NATO trainers to go into Ukraine when they can teach from a safe area. Hell, I could even train Abu to use a Javelin in 6 hours easy.
