#5 Seen the business insanity before of "Acquisition Mania" before. Then the usual economic cycle hits and a wise management survives ...and Disney? They started going woke, woker and wokest alienated a huge portion of their traditional customer base.

Igre bought Star Wars and Marvel which was a ticket to print money. Star Wars turned to crap fast but he trusted Lucasfilms to handle things so I'm not sure he's to blame. Marvel didn't turn to crap until it made a super-big fortune and moved on to wave 4.
