#4 I see wheels like that around here. There's regular tread on the tires, but the sidewalls are about that size.

They look especially stupid on a Bentley or a jacked up pickup truck.

#12 Today’s Seattle Times talked about a neighborhood charging program where the city utility would install one or two streetside chargers per district (max 14). Users would pay for electricity, installation covered by grants ( all of us).
Comment section in paper tore this to shreds, so that means full speed ahead.
