#12 I suspect we knew where Al-Zawahiri was located for quite some time. The time was opportune and a bit desperate. Why?

1. Because Biden is viewed as a weak or non-leader by many, here and abroad. This was a chance to try change that image.
2, Biden's and the Dem polls are bad prior to 2022 and 2024 elections, another chance to try to change that.
