#1 The lawsuit came form residents of the North Side? You'd probably think that they would be asking for the police cuts. The fact is that support for the abolishment of the MPD came from white voters...in fact, a majority of African Americans actually came out against the cuts, seeing as they were taking the brunt of the consequences of the force cuts.
