#1 I'm unaware of any treaties limiting defensive actions of an invaded nation to their own soil.

And once the weapons are handed off, you don't really get a say in how they're used. It certainly never bothered Russians in their century of arming every revolutionary crackpot and despot they could find.

#5 Are homosexual British diplomatic staff easier to kill than those who prefer to play across the aisle? Is that a slam against the preferences of all members of the British Foreign Office? The language of the comment is not clear about who is being threatened.
