#1 So 100k voters did not follow the law, but would have been otherwise eligible.

So legally, their votes did not count. But there was no 'fraud'.

#2 their votes were counted because of emergency opinion of the att general. The opinion was issued in, I think, late summer 2020. Republicans didn't challenge until Nov 2020.

#3 I think the report was 100k may have been dead voters.
