#3 Our dog walks off-leash with us all the time. Stays right with us on either my wife's or my left side while walking. She's not aggressive with people or other dogs while off-leash either.

Put her on a leash and she is more aggressive to others. Possibly because her sense of being able to project security has been restricted.

#5 My dog is a jerk and turns even the best behaved off leash dogs into jerks. He might be better off leash but he's proven I can't trust him. So I have to walk at 5is in the morning to avoid these people.
