#1 Our two-tiered or multi-tiered "justice system" may indicate a Caste System has already arrived.

Ordinary people must face the music while high political leaders who commit serious felonies receive full-scale immunity.

Unfortunately, such a system is not limited to the justice system or criminal conduct.

Except you can move from one to another freely. What they want is one where your caste is determined by your perceived skin color - and you aren't allowed to change it.
