As we have seen 1st hand here in the USA. The Title
Supreme Leader, Dictator, Ruler and President can all be the same thing.

It depends how the Political Party came to power.

If those in power respect the Law.

If Citizens Rights and protections are equally applied and enforced.

If they are a figure head controlled by a junta or foreign power.

An if the Citizens actually have a honest Vote in matters that could conflict with the Controllers/Ruling Class Long Term Agenda.
