So will Mr. Dunklin of the local N2ACP go after this 21 y/o Black Student to the same extent as if he was a White student?

Note: In attempts to trace the students name .... I see the media is applying a double standard and being racially bias. Because unlike when a WHITE STUDENT is caught being a DumbA$$ Racist and his name is plastered worldwide. I can't seem to note the same standard being applied to this BLACK STUDENT.

#10 Prosecute the kid for the hate crime and kick him out of school. Doesn't matter if it was a hoax or not the chill effect on POC is the same and should be treated the same.

Any school counseling and introspection should be aimed at the issue of hoaxes.

#13 Very common. There's been an epidemic of Wakandan hate crime hoaxes, especially on American campuses, since the Obama era began. The College Fix tracks them and reported a total of 55 between 2012 and 2018. Here are some of the colleges and universities where Wakandan students faked at least one hate crime:

This is a nationwide epidemic of (fake) hatred. We need to get the CDC to declare it a mental health crisis. Get the FBI on it too.

#15 Dunno. Last summer's CSOC-hoaxer at Texas A&M seems OK with spelling but struggles mightily with syntax and grammar:

"All three signs were different signs, and one said ‘All lives matter’ and the other said ‘You don’t belong here’, and the other was very explicit, it said the n-word with a hard ‘r’,” Isaih [sic] Martin wrote on Twitter.

Martin strongly denies he’s responsible for the notes, and said he believes the culprit is one of those whom police discounted.

“I’m in a predicament where the topic of the case was let’s find out who did this to them pointing the finger at me,” Martin wrote on Twitter. “In the end, I stopped talking to them because it seemed they were more interested in me getting the blame for this hate crime instead of finding the actual person who did it.”
