#6 Without the illegal commerce of narcotics, there would be little urban commerce. Selective enforcement ensures it's continuation. Yes, "Laws are losers" if not enforced.

Not unlike other wars which apparently cannot be won, legalization enables taxes and huge profit taking to be harvested. K-Street, big pharma and Amazon anxiously await.

#8 The banks love the drug trade, too. I believe it was Wachovia, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo, which got caught laundering money.

Did one single banker EVER go to jail...ever...for anything?
