#1 One stretch suggested that the girls were performing some sort of dance to the intro music. The girls I see on video don't look like they were dressed for a performance. Perhaps naturally swaying to the intro music? Creepy.

Another stretch suggested that perhaps he meant he would be campaigning for his re-election in 4 years and he hopes they are at that event. But it comes across as creepy and brain addled, his mouth only saying 1/4 of what he had planned to say.

People who have had to deal with dementia may see that stage where a person's self control mechanisms fail, and we see deep down that Uncle Joe is aroused by children, especially girls, if not actually has been with some.

Biden supporters, if they see anything, note he doesn't wear his aviator sunglasses during this episode, so this is a casual event.
