#5 Damn - I didn't even consider that angle, Clem - nice point. That's gonna be a HUGE hit to a lot of ~~jock factories~~ college programs. I'll try to look some of that up (financial implications) soon.

#6 Plenty of powerhouse football programs are also excellent schools esp in the B1G 10.

The profits from the TV contracts for the football program fund world class recreational facilities and programs used by tens of thousands of students
