Capitol hill is Seattle's gay and socialist voter headquarters. They are the ones who voted for the socialist/Marxist city officials that allowed this to happen. They haven't yet gotten enough of it good and hard yet and haven't learned a damn thing.

I.e., not any time soon; she's spineless like Gov. Inslee, which is why it's all talk right now. I hope this goes on until at least Labor Day.
