Pure political theater and the style of speech is straight out of his old campaign speeches, this was done as a gimmick to get people to read another blowhard speech by the former front man for a political cabal suddenly worked about their legacy and in some cases, the sudden realization that they may actually e held accountable for the most corrupt administration since Grant.

#9 Zero's had three years to write something, anything, about his 8 wasted years in office and his ~40 years of farting around prior to that.

U.S. Grant's Memoirs are a masterpiece which the man wrote in about 7 months - while dying of throat cancer.

But of course, Grant had four advantages that Zero manifestly lacks:
1) literary talent
2) a work ethic
3) humility and honesty
4) a record of achievement and success
