Seems pretty clear to me. It'll be the republicans' plan with a few cosmetic additions - they'll accept it. And then it'll be Democratic Plan that "saved the Nation".

#10 He can move money under the war powers act and do what he wants anyway. He is letting it play out this week so the dems show Americans how partisan they are.

One not on the cash distribution I hope they fix. Most seniors on SS don't file taxes. They will probably get missed and political hay will ensue!

#15 She also wants to have national wide ballot harvesting, where party agents collect ballots and bring them, the way they destroyed the Repubs in California. I'll even agree to it, if EVERY BALLOT is then verified and paired with the person who marked it and they are eligible. If not, the agent who 'harvested' it will immediately be executed and all the ballots they harvested are burned.
