#2 This rebuttal never answered Tucker's main point, that the Heritage Foundation and others don't oppose internet companies censoring conservative viewpoints.

#3 Tucker is the best and most thoughtful voice on Fox, and the Heritage criticisms seemed reasonably focused on a troubling pattern among valued conservative sites. I for one, believe we must be introspective and honest about flaws in friends.
