They kept males out of the lower grades because of 'fears'. If the proportion of male to female teachers were reversed any place out, there would be demands for all sort of programs and administrative counting to get the numbers closer to the general population. It's never been about fairness or justice, it's always been about power.

And let's not forget the gross variance in punishment for the crime between one group and another.

Truth. Junior here sure didn't mind fetching that pail of water a few times.

Obviously she is in the wrong, and should no longer be left alone with children...40 years seems a bit steep, especially considering Junior's enthusiasm. Money on the chip he outed the deal by bragging to someone.
