#2 For as long as I can remember there have been stories like this about "the biggest drug bust ever" and yet there is no shortage of product on the street. When there are no more stories about people dying from drug overdose and gang bangers are no longer shooting each other then it might be safe to speculate that the flow has been disrupted.
